No, it wasn't a racing game it was an fps.

Bump. If it helps I seem to remember at least one level (and maybe several) as looking kind of like Quake II levels but with a mostly red color scheme (it kind of reminded me of the Golden Gate bridge.)

Questions: Was this FPS a fixed-path rail shooter like an Area 51/Time Crisis, or did you have general freedom of movement like Doom/Quake? Also, if you remember, did it use a joystick or a light gun?
It wasn't a rail game, and you used a joystick.
So I remember there was this game at Scandia which I really liked. It was an FPS with a very cartoony feel and I think you could play it against bots or against a second player. It's possible it's just an arcade game with no PC or console version but I am still curious. I think the name of the game started with an R
