Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettySomething dealing with tropes can go to the Trope Repair forum.
This is the appropriate place to discuss issues prior to TRS.
You're saying this could warrant a TRS thread?
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyWhile I agree, TRS is currently so backlogged that I'd ask for people to help getting some old issues resolved before starting new ones.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAgree that the proposed title sounds better and is clearer, and with the amount of wicks it should be easily doable.
The trope We Have Been Researching Phlebotinum For Years has an unwieldy title and it only has 38 wicks with 72 inbounds despite the fact that it was created in 2010.
I think a rename to something like Well-Researched Phlebotinum would be far better.
I didn't want to start a thread in TRS unless others thought there was a good reason to change the name. I can't think of any reasons from the rename guidelines for not changing it.
