Live Action. The one king guy was black and wore a strange robe.

Unlikely but Pair Of Kings had two kings, one of them black, who ruled together over an Island divided in a light and dark side
I was at a hotel, half asleep and channel surfing when I saw a show. There were two kings fighting with swords, but one ran away and the other had to chase him. They got married later? There were different realms and such.
