Type the trope title like this: Main/TropesTitle, create the page and then on the side bar under tools use the custom title tool to name it Trope'sTitle

I already launched it as Never Send An X To Do A Ys Job. So how do I make it {{Never Send An X To Do A Y's Job}}?

Use the Custom Title Request form in the Tools menu.

How was I supposed to launch a trope with punctuation in its title? I'm quite sure I messed mine up.
