Not sure I don't think it has a specific plot I think the pet is green or light blue color I remember the main character looking little bit similar to jade from Jackie chan adventures at least in hair and height. What I remember of it is them being in their house backyard in many if not most episodes

She also lives with her dad (her mom is not shown I think) at least from what I saw
The cartoon main characters are a little girl with black short hair and a blond boy. She got a magical pet ( small bear or fat cat not sure.) she lives with her father. I remember the cartoon name containing word frost or foster or something... And no it's not fosters home for imaginary friends. Not sure how old is it but I don't think it's that old.
