Numbers 1,2,3, and 5 are from season 1, episode 9. Number 4 is from Attack of the Sandman, and 6 is from Summer Camp Nightmare. Mind you, to find number four I had to go to a *shudder* foot fetish website. Don't try this at home, kids.
