Edited by LainnellimopenWhat is this show/video?
Okay, so there was this video i was shown a ling time ago, and I can't remember what is was. I'm pretty sure it was of an old show or sitcom type thing, but all I can remember is this blond-ish guy with a bowl cut who kind of acted like a kid. I remember the way he talked was very feminine. So I really don't know what it's called, or what it is, and I have a feeling his name was like Billy, Tim, or something kind of basic/and more child-like.
openNo idea Live Action TV
An episode where the character decorate a poor families house or something and one of them leaves toys behind for the kids including an easy bake oven. To say thank you the family make them a cake and there's a joke about them cooking it in the easy bake oven. It's from some sort of sitcom I watched when I was younger but can't remember which one.
openDOS sci-fi dystopian RPG/adventure Videogame
I remember briefly seeing/playing some kind of RPG/Adventure game on the PC. Probably a DOS game, limited color pallet (most likely 256), early to mid 90's. I remember a handful of facts about it.
It was entirely first-person view. I don't know that you had a specific visible avatar or face. I assume there was some kind of equipment screen as you could probably upgrade your weapons and shields.
Everything was 2-D. You could move around, but it was from one static screen to another, Myst style.
The setting was some kind of sci-fi dystopia. You could buy personal shield generators at a local shop (~10 versions of increasing power), but they were all very expensive.
There were crowds of people around the starting area. If you clicked on the crowd, you could speak with a man identified as "Skunk" (perhaps some kind of gang member), with Ambiguously Brown skin and a wild hairdo (mohawk or similar). You could grill him with a list of simple questions, but I most remember him saying "This place stinks!" to one question. You could also attack him. This was a bad idea as the game entered some kind of special combat mode where a number over the man rapidly counted down from 5, and he killed you in about two seconds. Perhaps a speed setting was too high, or it was made for 486-speed machines.
I also remember being able to talk to some kind of robot (possibly could have been someone wearing a helmet/mask), and if you attacked someone and fled, the police would come arrest you a moment later.
openRecent Animated Kids Show Western Animation
Everything I can remember: it's not old, released no more than ten years ago. Animated. 6 teenagers meet for the first time in the middle of a desert. They've all been invited here. Two of them are brothers I think. They end up with 5 vehicles (the brothers share a tank) and they like battle evil with them. In their downtime I think they race and go to like an American style diner. Any help appreciated!
openBlack and white print comic about goblins Print Comic
I'm looking for a comic I read in the late-nineties when I was a kid. I remember things about it, but not the title or publisher unfortunately. I highly doubt it was Marvel, DC or Image, but you never know.
This was a black and white comic- maybe B5 size-, most likely British, and about goblins. I remember it started with a spiel about why goblins were erased from history (e.g. there was an image of them fighting at the Battle of Hastings, the goblin said "cor blimey, mate, look at that thing coming towards your eye").
The main character was a human boy and I'm pretty sure that at one point he passed out and was given the kiss of life by a goblin lady, which caused him to start turning into a goblin because they have spider-like things on their tongues which transfer via kissing and infect you with, um, goblin.
I'm fairly certain I didn't just make this up, but when I tried googling it, no matter how specific I was all I got was a webcomic and the Green Goblin.
I asked my cousin if he remembered this comic and he said "the art was sick! Loads of snot, and the planet was shaped like a pear!"
openNEED HELP REMEMBERING MOVIE TITLE!! Film
Okay, I've been trying to figure out what movie this scene is from that has been ingrained in my mind for the past 4 years! Please help me put an end to this madness!
What I remember...
I'm pretty sure it's a comedy maybe late 90's early 2000's but all I can remember is this guy is either hitching a ride or somehow ends up in this hillbilly type mans beat up truck. The funny thing about it is that every time the driver (ie old hill billy) cusses the truck pops or backfires as of "bleeping/scensoring" whatever bad word he said. And that's all I have I REALLY hope SOMEONE out there can tell me what this is from!!!
openNo Title Anime
Anime time, people. I remember an OAV from the mid-'90s that had a strange title, Two Words, starting with A, not Japanese or English; it was like a made-up word. I don't remember its signifigance to the plot. The plot did have a blind woman trying to help solve a case involving a serial murderer. She had extrasensory abilities. Of course, she wound up becoming a target and the climax of the film had her dangling from the ledge of a building, with the main male hero trying to hold her up. This was also the anime's cover art.
openKids old show I got details
So it's a bunch of cool kidd in a boarding school. Their evil teacher is up to mischief and they defeat her. I remember when the evil teacher brainwashed the whole school and the bunch of kids stopped her.. it was on pop I think
openOnce There Was Technology Literature
I read this book a few years back, and I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF IT, which is driving me crazy! I remember that the majority of the people in the book lived in this land which was pretty much medieval-style farming, slummish cities, etc. There was something called The Wall, which was guarded by laser-turrets and behind which lived a more technologically advanced group that generally kept to themselves, and they didn't let anyone near. The two main characters are (I think) a boy and a girl, one of whom lives in the medieval land, and the other lives in this place called The House, which has some tech, although they've mostly forgotten how to fix stuff. The one in the medieval land is being followed by things called Walkers, which are these radioactive robots sent by one of the faction leaders in The House. People in the medieval land remember the last time Walkers came - it wasn't pretty. The Walkers kill nearby plants and stuff if they stay in one place for too long. One of the main characters is crucial to getting a spaceship, held at The House, to work. There's something to do with a space station that will give the bad guys something like ultimate power, but they get sent off into space instead. I will be eternally grateful to someone who can tell me what this book is called :)
openA kids childhood show
I'm 11. I just had a short flashback on this kind of cartoon. I'd I searched like every channel I would watch and it isn't there like it's a blue like Dino kid yanno like humans. With his mum and dad they live in a apartment upstairs and next to theirs they have a friend who lives there as well. That's it
openNo Title Western Animation
This is an old cartoon. And I mean OLD. I can't place the time-frame exactly, but I'd hazard a guess at the 30s or 40s. It could be later, I'm not sure. It's about a spider who opens up a hotel in order to trap flies. Two flies stay at the hotel and end up assaulting the spider with fountain-pen tips. It's all done in a style reminiscent of an old Disney or Merry Melodies cartoon. My grandmother had it on a video that featured either old Superman cartoons, or Little Lulu. Or those could be completely unrelated, but I think they might be involved. Anyone know what it's called? I'd try to find it myself, but a severe phobia of spiders basically prevents me from nonspecifically googling them.

openKids trying to get home
I'm looking for a cartoon I watched years ago. I can only remember parts of it, but from what I think it's is about is a group of kids trying to get home from another universe or different worlds. I think they travel by train or some sort of carriage on tracks. Was probably late 90s early 00s. Been racking my brain for a long time looking for it
openLooking for two movies and a show
1. The movie was live action. I think it came out in the 2000's It was some kind of action movie about flying propeller planes and dogfighting. At the beginning of the movie was this battle above an airstrip and a big airship coming out of a hangar. Later in the movie the characters fly their planes into the ocean like submarines and I think go to the enemy base that was submurged. Twoard the end of the movie the main characters are in the villian's lair and one of them gets electrocuted by a tesla coil trap and is turned into a skeleton.
2. The second movie was called 'Dragonhunter' or something but I can't find it. It was a CGI animated movie about this clumsy/wimpy viking guy and some kind of sidekick who goes to fight this big demon dragon and beats it. I remember the Viking's home was like a cabbage farm but all of the cabbages were floating above the clouds, and there is this scene in the movie where he's running/jumping from all these cabbages and little planets like in Super Mario bros or something.
3. The show was one that I saw as a kid so it was probably made in the 90's. The show was about a cat and an owl that wore glasses (and I think some other animals) who lived in an attic or a barn or something. I think it was set in Japan or China.
openAdventure Cartoon (maybe from 90's? not sure) Western Animation
I only remember sparse details so please bear with me. This show had a traditional hero's story structure to it, where a kid grew up in a village or some kind of settlement. But for some reason a big bad came and kidnapped the girl he likes for some nefarious reason. He and a group of ragtag team members go to rescue her. The biggest thing that sticks out in my mind is a scene where they are sneaking through the underground sewer system and run across a giant fan that blocks their way. So they have to time it just right to get through safely. They make to the big bad's fortress, rescue the girl, and the main hero faces the big bad. But he's no match for the big bad, because the evil guy can copy himself and is more experienced. But they all manage to escape to fight another day. This was the first episode setting up a larger story. Does this sound familiar at all to anyone? I haven't been able to find one lick of information about online, but it's bugging me and I really hope this wasn't just a figment of my imagination.
I can vaguely remember seeing this show back in the mid-to-late 2000s in a morning cartoon block, and the 2D animation looking like it was done digitally makes me think it was probably recent at that time.
The main things I remember are that it was maybe set in South America (think Aztec or Mayan, ancient civilizations) and there were four main characters (either two boys and two girls, or three boys and one girl) that were superheroes with animal-themed identities and powers. I distinctly remember one of the girls being green and lizard themed, and for whatever reason her power was that she could stretch like Mr Fantastic - in the episode I remember she tried to stop a dam from breaking by stretching out wide to plug the holes.
The others I'm not entirely sure about, but I think one of the boys was red and bull themed, the other was yellow and some kind of large cat, and the last kid's power was flight so they were probably a bird but I honestly can't be certain.
