That is a good joke and I approve.
Yay for Neoplatonism.
Also I just noticed there is a severe lack of female representation on Team Law. All the demons save one are clearly male while Chaos of course has so many lady demons on its side.
I wonder if this is intentional, given Law is clearly inspired by the Abrahamic faiths which have a definite patriarchal bent, to put it mildly.

Any not-named angel is pretty androgynous
Heart of StoneAndrogynous sure, but all of them are male.
But for law reps, we have Zelenin and Gabriel.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I remembered Zelenin but forgot about Gabby.
Good call.
Gabby was also in 2. But yeah in IV while Johnathan was the law hero, Gabby was the Law rep, it was her who moved the plot, arranged for Mikado, and controlled it, Lucifer was trying to counter her efforts to make the Millennium kingdom.
Come to think of it, it's Law that generally moves the plot, while Chaos reacts to it. Except for strange journey.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. That is one of many reasons people perceive an anti-Law bias in the series. Naturally you think the people going around murdering folks are the bad guys. The people who start a fight are the party most at fault.
Of course they don't see it that way. Hikawa did not think the world was fine as is in Nocturne. That's usually the rationale for all radical movements. What we see as peace and happiness is a false peace, a false happiness. They're just stripping away the illusion.
How sympathetic Law is tends to have a relation to how much of YHWH's bullshit is evident.
For example in Devil Survivor, which probably has the nicest Law team in the series, he's incredibly hands-off.
Heart of StoneIV he masterminded everything via Gabriel using Ultranationalist Tamagami as Kaneko's Draft for IV reveals, whicu Iv A elaborates on.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Do Demeter and Shekinah not count?
Mem Aleph was leading Gaia's attempts to heal itself. Shekinah and Demeter was just trying to take advantage to place themselves back on top.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I also forgot about them.
Speaking off, now that Apocalypse had us kill YHVH again, possibly permanently after Anarchy and that the Law vs Chaos war is bullshit at least in that verse, where do we go now? i mean both Lucifer and YHVH are just patsies now.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. The Axiom itself?
Watch SymphogearEach game takes place in its own universe so far as I know. We killed Lucy back in Nocturne, too.
YHVH and Lucifer can come back and probably will come back. Lucifer at least seems to be in everything and is very popular.
But Stephen Hawking is the real evil, I guess. I would seriously love to have him as the Neutal final boss behind everything in SMTV.

Funny how you mentioned a bias against Law, but Lucifer is just so much more charismatic than any Law rep, and Jiminez and Walter are just so chummy and awesome.
In contrast to the law reps, i mean if you had to pick between giant Homer Simpson or David Bowie...
No, you don't kill Lucifer in Nocturne, he's fine in the true demon end, in fact, one never saw him happier.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I thought TDE was all about you killing and replacing/surpassing him.
Jimenez was pretty great.
Nah, TDE was you becoming his champion. And you never know, a Klingon promotion may be viable.
Jiminez ripping the shit out of Captain Jack's crew and then the man himself will always be one of the best scenes in this franchise.
Zelenin looks pretty lame by contrast, but i guess singing your opponents to be mindless slaves is pretty cool by it's own merits.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.x5 I'd be surprised if the series brought back the Axiom for a second run after Apocalypse (and before anyone asks, no, the Axiom and the Great Will are not the same; for one, they have different names in both English and Japanese).
I have my doubts that they'd have us going after the Great Will as well; I feel like the Great Will works best as a background influencer.

My guess is that they will go back to Lucifer and YHVH being legit. It worked for Shekinah.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Really? I always heard the Axiom was a mis-translation of Great Will.
Other way around. The Axiom was believed to be the Great Will early on before the official translation came out.
The Great Will has always been called 大いなる意思 in every game it appears in. The Axiom's Japanese name is 大いなる理.
Hm. Fair enough then.
Of course I'm still perplexed by the end of Nocturne where Lucifer talks about YHVH but always refers to him as the Great Will.
I do know that Lucifer does mention the Great Will in the Japanese version as well. See the below video for the final boss in the Maniax version; you'll notice he says "大いなる意思," the Japanese name of the Great Will (around the 2:54 mark):
I hope that the next game has a demon who's wearing a cheap costume to look like the series' usual portrayal of Dionysus, named Pseudo-Dionysus.
