I really need to get back to the vanilla version while I can.
But I got so much to do. I still gotta beat Age of Calamity, finish the Mario RPG remake, get to the DLC of Xenoblade 3, and do more work on Tears of the Kingdom, as well as needing to play V as well.
To say nothing of the fact that I've had IVA for years and only started playing it sometime late last year (after taking almost ten years to beat all the routes on Vanilla IV).
I've fallen so far behind on much of my gaming.

Funny enough, I remember this ancient Spoony Vlog where he mentioned some of the PS2 Atlus games (I think Persona 4?) and how while he liked them, he hated having to basically learn a new language for all of the moves (like Agi for fire, Bufu for ice, etc.)

I genuinely suck at learning new languages and I keep forgetting the accents to the point my Spanish professor jokes I have a Trump accent, but like, I never had much problems with the different names for elements in Atlus games.
It helps the later games have icons for them.

I even tried learning some Taiwanese Mandarin last year to better talk with a certain relative, but she and my translator friend just kept laughing at me.

Feedback like that got FFXIV spells changed in English and only English. Instead of Fire, Fira, Firaga it is Fire 1, Fire 2, Fire 3.

Eisheth may not be the most "conventionally" pretty-looking of the four, but damn do I think her eyes look great. They're very eerie-looking.
Also, her hands make me think "She'd totally be played by Doug Jones if they ever make a live action adaptation."

I just beat the Obelisk in Nocturne and I'm at level 47. Am I overleveled? The Moirae Sisters went down like complete chumps.

I figure it's because Yosuga is the only Reason with a hierarchy, one that's basically the mask-fully-off version of the world that the angels usually strive for.

Well I think it had something to do with Mastema capturing 3 of the archangels, so Gabriel who did survive had less power over the humans who then proceeded to make the current government.
Like as soon as the 3 return, the angels are quick to abolish the system.

The system had already been in place way back when. It’s why the Archangels are full of it. Since the only reason Akira could rule is because they offered them and the CDF who once worked for Gabriel and Tamagami a place there.
