Honestly, I'm fine with this. Most of the main characters of Bohemian Rhapsody are public domain characters anyway. It wouldn't have been a huge loss if they couldn't get any copyrighted characters, and getting WB characters is just as good as Disney characters. Replace Spider-Man with Batman, Mickey Mouse with Bugs Bunny, etc. Hell, maybe with WB actually making it, they could get more than off-screen cameos, they might get FULL cameos!

WB REALLY seems to be leaning into the memes surrounding their characters, between Space Jam, the Mortal Kombat animated film, the new game, it's bizarre. I would not be surprised if they just decided to make Bohemian Rhapsody INSANE.

Looney Tunes being incarnated would be way scarier than Disney's I believe. Way more slapstick.

I was gonna say that if this is anything like Looney Tunes, Bugs will engage in casual conversation with Anasui and Weather, only to then cause them physical suffering. ...Then I came to an epiphany. Crossdressers unite.

Can we talk about how hard the animators went for Jumpin' Jack Flash, though? I always liked the fight because it was the closest we were ever going to get to Jojo In Space, but GODDAMN they made that fight EPIC! The fuckin' effects animation when he collapses the zero-g space and Jolyne starts punching him was INSANE! Biggest glow-up so far, for me.

Speaking of Ermes.....I just found out the VA also voiced Kobayashi (Dragon Maid) and Hiro (Digimon Ghost Game)

It gets kinda hilarious imagining them as Ermes

So, hearing the sound effects in the intro in the latest episode, that means that that Torrential Downpour Warning is considered the last episode of the Green Dolphin Street Arc. ...Honestly, I like this approach. The Maximum Security Ward Arc often gets criticized for not having things lead into one another and feeling like needless fluff as a result, but by having Sports Maxx be considered the start of it, this seems much more interconnected.

Okay I'm lost, is Torrential Downpour a goof nickname on your part or is that a localisation thing?
