That's what I thought too. (Though I can't help but point out how similar they are to each other)
didn't know Mundus cries into his hands whenever you look at him
if anything else, today is the day i realized that the weeping angels are literally boos
Heart of StoneI was only speaking in terms of appearance.
Yes and there's a reason they're called "weeping", it's part of their visual aesthetic........
After owning the game for a year and a half, I beat Bloody Palace for the first time, with Dante. Frankly, I only wanted it to replay the Vergil fight without all the hassle of cutscenes, but it's a neat accomplishment anyway. Now to do it three more times (not looking forward to V). Say, how do you trigger the BP taunts?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Ok, just finished Vergil's DLC.
Was it a little underwhelming, especially compared to 3, 4 and even the reboot's Vergil campaign's? Yes.
Was it still fun as hell? Yes.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…Its feels very much like V's was the most barebones SE
also Vergil's Trailer is out for Dm C Mobile
Bat Urizen?

I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!I still had a fun time, so I'd still give it a glowing review.
I guess....7.9 or 8.1/10.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…I mean its still fun
but It really is Just Vergil
No real boss rebalance
No Real Bloody Palace changes
No new breakers for Nero
No Phantom Summon for V... or I'd take V can turn into Nelo angelo as his SDT XD
No Gameplay tweaks/fixes
NO DAMN PROPER COOP!
COOP with LDK mobs like come the fuck on
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!I mean, I can't speak for anyone else, but I feel like V didn't really need much improvement. Unlike its predecessor, it's a complete and well-tuned game. I wanted Vergil (and if I get the actual SE down the line, Turbo and LDK) and I got them. I suppose some more effort in a real campaign for Vergil would've been nice.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I'll toss in that Nero doesn't really need more breakers either. Literally the only thing this needs to be perfect is the "Ladies Night Out" DLC.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitter
Well considering there was 7 years gap between the vanilla & SE for 4 in comparison to 5's 1 & roughly 9 months I'm not exactly too surprise that Vergil was the only thing they added.
I do imagine that unlike Lady, Trish's moveset needs to be revamped or redesign altogether since Sparda is no longer available to her.
Fuck, that's terrible
May Featherface flock in Heaven.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."o7
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Is that third one meant to be Lucifer?
IDK apparently it didn't have the boss subtitle
I do like the Glaive though
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!NOW THIS
THIS HERE IS SUPER SEXY STYLE!
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!Well that's a flex
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Playing with Vergil makes me realize how bad Urizen 3 suffers Spark mandril syndrome
-IE once you know how to deal enough Damage fast enough you can lock Urizen down since urizen goes down on his Knees, gets back up warps away and then exits warp with a lengthy flourish giving you plenty of time to... knock him to his knees-
Urizen either needed a 2nd phase -complete with New health bar- where he pulled out Yamato or something
I mean I can almost see it since he pulls out the Summon swords

I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!Does help that Vergil's chasedown game is insanely good. But then, Urizen was never supposed to be a particularly difficult fight, narratively speaking.
...I say as he killed me in BP as Nero, ruining my run.

I don't think Devil May Cry had enough of an impact to inspire a concept from a long-running t.v franchise. Any similarities between Mundus and the Weeping Angels is very likely coincidental.
