The "Rule 63 Ragna" referred to an earlier comment I made towards Bullet, actually. (I think. I called her that, anyway.) I'm aware of who Rikka is, hence the "I'm dead now" remark.

...Y'know, I wouldn't mind normal Makoto wearing an outfit similar to the Rule63 variant. That seems like it'd work with her crazy in-your-face combat style without looking overly encumbering, and it'd probably stifle every complaint about Makoto.

Well, I meant from a consistency point of view. Seeing as how I spend way too much time in the Tropes vs Women in Video Games, I'm getting annoyed by how women are always stuck with the more revealing clothing.

This could be rectified by fixing Makoto's current garb, but where's the fun in that?

I wouldn't even put it on interest. That game will not have her, so consider my interest destroyed on get-go by limiting the size of the rosters.

I would guess that the next roster would consist of Tao, Makoto, Platinum, Rachel and one of the newcomers (Amane, maybe). So... that's it. This ain't worth seeing to me.

Putting it on 3DS, in 3DSiware at that, kills it even further.

... What am I saying, not even her presence would make me interested enough for buy. Though her absence there still distresses me on how she seems to be on 'Who cares, unworthy on appearing in spinoffs' level...

It was released over here as well though.

America got it as BlayzBloo. Europe never did, though. :'(
