Yeah, a bit too much. Shotgun zombies drop 4 shells whereas rife ones drop 5 bullets.
Speaking of damage, like with Rocket Launcher, RNG can be annoying. Few times I used a single rocket on a pinky and it'd survive because it dealt 148 total damage, sometimes it happens with Super Shotgun. Like it deals 100-300 damage but few times it decides to do below 150 damage, I'd get chomped.
Doom is remarkable in that it has RNG damage in first place, for an FPS that doesn't have any RPG mechanics of any sort.
Actually lemme post this video by decino who did an analysis of Doom's RNG:
I think you'll like this a lot G2 and the rest who pop by and also play on console
SO MANY OPTIONS.
SO MANY OPTIONS.
SO MANY OPTIONS.
ID, YOU'VE OUTDONE YOURSELF, YOU GLORIOUS MADMEN.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...I knew about Whiplashes being female since last month but people are making a fuss about it, as usual.
No T&A = poltical and not fuckable. Man, screw these cockroaches. I'd rather if devs didn't give any gender or sex to any of the demons.
It doesn't really matter, anyway, considering Doom Slayer would just kill every demon anyway.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...also there's been female or feminine demons before in DOOM, no? hell 2016's last boss is technicaaaaaaaally female.
Secret SignatureActually yeah, that's a good point.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...I think some people might just be making fun of them drawing attention to it? "Here's female enemies for you to rip and tear, progressive!" isn't quite what they said, but putting words in mouths sure is easy.
Secret SignatureHugo's said just female and that's it and proceeded to detail how you brutalize them Steven Seagal style when you hyperextend their arms.
Anyway, the original Spider Mastermind from Doom 1993, Mother Demon from Doom 64, Vagary from Doom 3... it dates back.
Well, people got to fast work to giving Whiplash the "proper" treatment. Can't leave it well alone, can't you you horny fanartists?

Okay so the Art Book whilst containing spoilers, isn't too big, it has some key stuff but the meat is in the game itself. It is an art book, which has designs of demons and design ideations.
Okay so that out of the way, am I the only confused as hell (lololololoshootme) by all the Animal Crossing... crossover material with Doom? The r/doom subreddit is full of these memes and fanart about it. All I know is Doom Eternal and Animal Crossing: New Horizons are releasing on same day.
I have no idea what Animal Crossing is tho. Well, I can always google search I suppose...

From what I understand, it involves interacting with an island community made up of anthropomorphised animals.
Honestly, it's kinda great that two communities focused around completely different games are actually being really nice to each other.
I think Animal Crossing was delayed, much like Doom Eternal was.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...I think they're both coming out the same day now.
And canonically Doomguy loves cute animals.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowPlus there's the comedic images of buff and/or scary people asking the Gamestop employees for Animal Crossing and cute innocent girls asking for Doom Eternal
So this is a thing, captions, fanart or something else with this.
There is that "Doomguy teaches characters how to shoot" meme as well. This is glorious lol

9 minutes of gameplay from the "Cultist Base" Master Level in DOOM Eternal. It's like stuff for people who want more and want it more difficult and stuff
It's separate from difficulty, you can play it on Hurt Me Plenty.
I got a real kick out of Deag Ranak giving a speech to his minions that are infighting on the podium
You can imagine how hard it'll be on Nightmare and especially Ultra-Nightmare...

And to think I might attempt recording me playing those levels.
That's gonna be fun.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Nani?! SR50 Drift?!
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!and the final preview by IGN, who had exclusive rights to showing anything DOOM Eternal
It's all waiting from now on

So, for UK Switch owners, Dooms 1, 2 and 3 are on sale for some pretty silly pennies. I got Doom 3 today for £2.40. Go get 'em.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowCool! say, how's the Double Impact for ya? Like the level design and atmosphere?
I love it a lot. Last mission is bullshit with 4 cyberdemons/assault tripods (if Freedoom) however
The first level was pretty sprawling but I liked it so far.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowBe ready, it only gets more intense from there and mission 3 (mission 2 and mission 3 swap places in Freedoom) is big. So first, you have "normal" objective but if you want to get to a secret level, you need to find a blue keycard and open entirely new section closed off in normal playthrough.
There's a lot of stuff to explore.
Oh cool. So its a doom 1 wad mainly, right? I ask because its playable in both doom 1 and 2.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowYes, because there's no Doom 2 enemies or the super shotty. It is Thy Flesh Consumed episode replacement, which means Doom 1

Okay, so I'm reading the differences made for the addon for the unity port.
Hol' up— unauthorized, unofficial Hungarian Doom novel?

What the hell, I was never aware of this.

The Super Shotgun (called Combat Shotgun in the manual for some reason) from Doom II was great. At close range it does about as much damage as a rocket launcher. Two blasts right in the face will take out a Cacodemon or Pain Elemental. It also helps that shotgun shells tended to be more plentiful than rockets.

Disgusted, but not surprised
