I hope it gets a name change. "Final Saga", "Final Arc", and "Final War" would all be pretty lame. Especially when the climax of Pre-Timeskip got a cool name like "Paramount War".
@AegisP I know it has been a while, but I posted about that video last June.
I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person. You know what I really want to see again in One Piece? Another Franky House moment. Where someone or some faction just royally pisses off the Straw Hats, to the point where apologizing isn't even an option, and they just roll through and run savage on the idiots who wronged them.
We get moments where the Straw Hats get to show how badass they are as a unit of course. But nothing quite like the Franky House rollup.
For most of the New World, they've either benn on equal ground or on the backfoot to their enemies. But now that they're an Emperor crew, I feel like it could happen again.
...I guess Kid was on the receiving end of his own Frank House moment when he crossed Shanks, but I want the Straw Hats specifically to have another one.

As a reminder the "Final Saga" isn't like how we the fans consider One Piece sagas. Oda sees sagas more like this: Super Rookies Saga (all of Pre-Timeskip), Yonko Saga (Start of Timeskip to Wano), and finally this current saga ie the Final Saga. Maybe it'll be renamed later to a more fitting name but it isn't going like we are only three or less arcs away from the end like I seen some people speculating due to the fandom definition of saga.
I mean we have Egghead -> Elbaf (?) -> ? -> Lodestar Island -> Laugh Tale -> ?
There can be any number of stops before or after Elbaf, if they ever get to Elbaf at all.
I don't believe this ends with Laugh Tale. I don't even think Luffy will be the first to the One Piece. My personal bet is either on Blackbeard or Buggy for that.

I am pretty sure it was mentioned the Straw Hats bypassed the stop at Lodestar Island by taking the route they did in I think Zou (in which case Dog Storm or Cat Viper mention it) or Wano (in which Marco mentions it).
Everytime I get a One Piece figure, I think "Okay, next time I'll get one of the guys. Luffy or Zoro or maybe even Franky." But fate keeps conspiring to say "No, you're getting another Robin."
But can you blame me for indulging? At that price, she's practically a steal!
Mind you, I won't actually be getting her until October/November.
You really cant go wrong with Robin, she's best and screw the rest!
BTW I apologize if I stepped on any toes, person who shared the queer video before I did!

I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person. They won't have to stop at Lodestar, but it feels like somewhere they'll stop anyway. Its the normal end of the line point for the Grand Line and its an island covered in poneglyphs. Perfect for a lore drop and a fateful duel of some kind.
I can't watch the new dub episodes myself yet (stupid Microsoft store being stupidly specific what its compatible with), but if this short is any indication, this is gonna be fun.

I feel like it will be treated like the Koby Rescue Mission, something that may or may not be alluded to and then eventually we get a flashback to the incident. Maybe that will be where we see Cross Guild actually fight (against the Blackbeard pirates maybe as a Yonko vs Yonko battle?) before the Straw Hats meet them again.
I've been thinking about how to fix the Newkama island problem again while keeping the same Sanji story beats for Fishman Island, and i've realised that my previous answer to it might just be sexist, i apologize for that.
So i've thought up a new solution that still makes sense for the plot, and isn't, you know, problematic, so let me set the scene again.
Sanji has been transported to Momoiro island, the island where the kambakka kingdom resides, full of the same people Ivankov has on their own level in Impel down. Sanji wakes up and encounters these people.
For one they don't have bigass heads, nor very noticable beards. They can have them toned down, but it isn't their main features. Sanji can be weirded out at first, but not straight up terrified.
The factor that does make Sanji terrified of them is the fact that they're so strong (this is canon btw!). And since they have been isolated from the world, they're obviously very curious about their new visitant. Maybe a bit too much.
So their first meeting ends up with Sanji's bones broken (because they're just so excited to meet a foreign man, you know?), and since Sanji doesn't punch any women regardless, he has no choice but to run away! So he has to perpetually run away from Ivankov's decidents, with no chance to fight because of his morals. This, is his hell. Not because of any aged factors, but because he will be hurt, and really can't do anything about it, but run.
Maybe you can even put the okama apologizing to Sanji when they let him off in Sabaody, sure he can be bitter about it, but there's no real bad blood between them, he's just tired.
And well, this plays off his Fishman Island a little less "well", but you can make the argument that he just wants to see someone else other than the people that he's been effectively trapped with. And with this new version, there's no transphobia! It's just Sanji being Sanji. (And well the mermaids were happy with Sanji so why not)
Can it be still seen as weird? Sure! But it's probably the best way to put them without it being straight up problematic. And it relies on canon facts! Not much tweaking necessary!
Due to unfortunate events, i will continue to exist until further notice.I love Kuma so much, he REALLY became my favorite character along with Jinbe.

Disgusted, but not surprisedYou are right, removing.

It's an 8 bit cover of Luffy's Fierce Attack! over a similar 8 bit style animation loop of luffy preparing to fight on Onigashima.
You lost!Do you think the Straw Hats will ever go to Fullalead or Baltigo? Or are those locations basically done, narratively?
Now that we know Pizarro's ability, I'm considering the possibility that the Straw Hats won't go to Fullalead but Fullalead will go to the Straw Hats.
Aside from flashbacks (hopefully) to Robin's time there, I can't see the Straw Hats ever going to Baltigo.
Yeah now that the Revolutionaries have firmly abandoned the island I dont see Baltigo playing any relevant role going forward.
Though on the topic of Fullalead, we still dont know what happened with Moria and Perona after Garps attack. If they managed to escape then I'm suspecting that they might also joyn up with Cross Guild.
I know this is probably best asked elsewhere but I need a piece of music from the anime. It's the piece that plays in Episode 2 when Luffy punches Helmeppo.

I immediately recognized it as the track that played during the first half Luffy and Bellamys "fight" on Jaya, since I rewatched that scene a bunch back in the day.

I can only imagine how good the Kuma flashback will be in the anime. The Oden flashback was the last big flashback, and it was great, but the anime has taken strides in both animation and direction since then. We saw a hint of this with Yamato's various flashbacks looking fantastic, and I can only imagine how amazing Kuma's flashback will look.

Do you think that the placeholder name of "Final Saga" will stick around? Or do you think that it will be changed once future arcs' events happen?
