It's mentioned in the Nocturne artbook. Kagutsuchi is a Japanese incarnation of YHVH, as Kaneko has also said in a Nocturne interview all mythologies originate from the Old Testament.

Hachiman is meant to be YHVH with a body.

Kuzuryu in SMTII is Japanese incarnation of Hinduism Shesha/Ananta the Great Serpent of Vishnu, and Kuzuryu was an avatar of YHVH designed as a mindless doomsday weapon.

If I can't find some days in December, hopefully she's around during the Moon days in early Jan. That's just as flexible, but I may have to work out some shrine visits to stop the link reversing. :/
