I am totally familiar with the phrase Rockstar Parking, which means exactly "empty parking space right in front, score". But the name is myopic. Redirects at least.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon! Yeah, it is a phrase from real life used to describe something that happens really often in media: there is conveniently an empty parking space at a character's destination.
I've heard the phrase used in real life, but never in media. I do think some redirects would be nice though.

Anyway, despite how common and frequent this trope is in visual storytelling media, this page only has 15 wicks (the large majority of which are just related trope pages) and only 30 outside referrals.
