I just think that it looks too messy.
Like if someone took random parts from a sports car, a helicopter, and a speed boat and welded it all together.
Like, those things are all cool, but if you just mix it all together it looks weird.

I'm pretty "eh" about Garchomp myself, I don't really see the appeal.
Huh, that's weird. I'm kind of biased against Garchomp because I'm racist against powerful dudes and Garchomp was one of the earliest non-legendary banned to Ubers I learned about. But I think it's a pretty cool design. Megachomp is definitely too much, but the standard one is pretty alright.
I mean, I don't hate it, but I like Flygon a whole lot more.

Garchomp is a pokemon that really appeals to the target audience I think. Like, if you somehow went back in time and had Garchomp in place of Charizard everyone would have loved Garchomp instead.
Also, everyone would make epic ice jokes every time Garchomp is mentioned.
It would have been a dark time.

I am well past that and I still love me some land sharks. The design is a bit busy but the thing is a so-called pseudo-legendary so I can forgive that.

My 11 year old me would have loved a land shark jet dragon.
Not to mention one of my favorite pokemon is Flygon who has the same type.
My favorite is Absol though. After all these years. He carried me so hard in Hoenn even though dark type attacks were special back then.
We should do one of those deviant tart may mays with favorite pokemon of each type.

I do like Garchomp, but I do think its design is a bit odd; at least with the notably airplane-like head decorations, it doesn't look a whole lot like something that'd occur in nature. Then again it's hardly the biggest offender in that sort of regard.
Flygon I'm just neutral towards. I think it's a neat Pokemon, but at the same time it's not one of those Pokemon I'd like to use that often and isn't one I would like to use a lot.

Hey now, don't diss Druddigon. After all, it's so badass people want to ban it because it out-badasses everything else. Note: not actually a real complaint.
On a more serious note, Druddigon really should have gotten a Mega Evolution. It's just screaming for one.
