Protip: There's there's little markers on your compass that lead you to places if you follow them. With them exploration and finding cool things becomes easy.
I just improved your Fallout 3 experience by 1000%. Thank me later.

Those little markers are the best. I don't know why anyone would want to take the Explorer perk when it's so much fun to just wander around the map and see what you come across.
...that might be the reason I've got 50 hours logged on my main guy and I still haven't been to Vault 87.
the dice are loaded, the deck is stacked, the game itself will hold you backSo anyway, I got first two ones and failed at getting the patch xD(expect the resolution one)
I'm kinda wondering whether I should blackmail Iguana Bob or not xD
^ Uhm, can you elaborate on how you failed on getting the patches? Fallout 2's Unofficial Patch is especially easy to get/install.
And I always loved the Soylent Green reference in the Iguana Bob's dialogue.
Oh, I meant the first game's ones.(I haven't installed second one because I've yet to complete first one xD)
Well, since I live in Europe, I have European version =P I tried to install fan patch, but when I opened the game, it freezed the computer xD
Yeah, me too, but I wonder if -2 Karma is worth to blackmail him x3

I never cared that much for my karma in the first game, especially since just killing bad guys practically made you a saint.
Anyway, what version have you bought? Is it the one with censored children (they are made invisible but still are in the game, so occasionally you can see their dialogue floating in the air and they can pickpocket you)?
Well, I live in Finland, and I don't know what countries does children thing apply to ^^;
I'm pretty sure it was the UK and maybe the german version. I remember hearing that one of the new packs that were distributed with all the three old games (Fallout 1 & 2 + Tactics) had the UK version of Fallout and Fallout 2 inside, but I can't remember whether it was Fallout Collection or the Fallout Trilogy. Sorry, I'll try to see if I manage to dig up something.
Ok, thanks~
You might want to read this thread for installation problems and this thread for patches and mods.
Fffffff......
Does Razor die if Regulator quest isn't done????
When I return to the spot, there is blood puddle and no sight of her x-x;
Even if hits just some short of weird glitch(and she reappears after completing the quest), how the heck I can now complete quest with Blade assistance??? x-x;

^ That sounds.. weird. That never happened to me during any of my playthroughs. As long as her quest isn't resolved she should just stay at the Blades HQ.
Yeah, she appears after the quest is completed.
But apparently, if you leave the screen, there is glitch that causes what I just described =P I googled and apparently it has apparently happened to others.
Are you playing unpatched, original-release Fallout games? That's… A very bad idea. As a rule, Black Isle/Troika/Obsidian/Bioware games are borderline unplayably buggy, make absolutely sure you're running the latest version (preferably with fan patches too.)
Nay, its 1.2. The European 1.2 =P(1.2 in America isn't official one.)
It seems that not game crashing bugs aren't fixed =P(for example, the dialog with Tandi quest is still bugged(like some people have dialog about her being kidnapped before she gets kidnapped))
Installing the Team X's unofficial patch would be a good idea.
Dang it, I didn't know that you had to go to servers(or that you could even do that) in necropolis, now that I've returned they are all dead... How the heck I get the Water Chip now? Edit: Nevermind, figured that out.
Though, I'm annoyed now at missing speeches of ghouls, Harry the super mutant and Morhpheus.(for some reason, Nightkin always attack me.)

@spooky - Ha, I pulled the same stunt when I played through recently.
On another note, there's been a lot of stuff added to the game in the last 5 years. Same thing when I loaded up Jagged Alliance 2 and the 1.13 fan-patch, and was astounded at how much it expanded the game.
^Umm, you do know that I failed to install the patch? Since I somehow made my computer freeze, I decided to wait until my computer tech guy friend can help me =P
At least I get to first see what game is like without patches xD
Great, now I'm installing Fallout 2 and it can't find cd for some reason...

Managed to install Fallout 2 and I'm now trying to do quests before going to Navarro base.
And why the heck almost every thing in Nightmare Fuel is from Fallout 3? First two games had tons of creepy moments... I guess they aren't as known anymore as Fallout 3 at least guessing from page size...
^ That stuff shouldn't even be in Nightmare Fuel in the first place, considering that it's about things that aren't supposed to be scary but scare you anyway, but I guess you're right, Fallout 1 and 2 ARE less known than Fallout 3. Also, to be fair, I wasn't particularly scared by any of the games, the only thing that came close was the feeling of uneasiness while visiting The Glow.
Its just kinda sad how little attention older games get even if they are good or are/were very popular....
Most of the stuff I find scary in the games is shared between games, like the general setting, the Pre War society, the horror of being trapped in a vault for the rest of your life and knowing that the only thing that exists outside is a wasteland...
So, is there anything you like, Arilou?
Half-Life: Dual Nature, a crossover story of reasonably sized proportions.
