I'm not sure if Vasquez would be interested in doing an actual animated series. Nickelodeon was interested in a full-on revival series
, but Vasquez wasn't particularly interested in that level of commitment, which is how we ended up with Enter the Florpus to begin with. I'm not sure if his stance would have changed since then.
I just realized, because I was recently watching an actual episode of both, that Melissa Fahn's voice for Gaz is nearly identical to her voice for Ninamori from FLCL, if a bit meaner. Up until now, I never connected the voices, but now that I have, my mind is blown.
