You chose to cast off your old fans and become a "male ally" because something, be it an ex you're desperate to get back into the good graces of or a daughter who went rad fem you're trying to get close to or what, made you decide having a penis was the worst thing in the world.

As an aside Tats, your style doesn't let you do unnerving like you were most likely going for here. She just looks kinda goofy.

Nah he's about as much as a Rebel as the writers of those 80s cartoons where the The Complainer Is Always Wrong . Maybe that's where he gets it from.

Tats has been "repurposing" his old strips for use on Spinster as a means of virtue signalling. It was only a matter of time before he decided to design comics to be re-posted or adapted to Spinster.

Exactly that. I think that is why it so devoid of humor. It stinks of desperation to get those Patreon dollars.

I also suspect that he's a trust fund kid. He's gotta be compensating for something with the continual cry of "I'm a rebel."

Speaking of which, and I know it's been out for quite a while, but Shazaam was a good flick! :D

General Halftrack in Beetle Bailey did it better... in a strip, after a fight, his wife asks to his back (they're in bed) to "give her a smile"... so he pulls out his dentures, lifts them over his shoulder and tilts them slightly forward so that they look like he's smiling. Old man humour, basically ^-^

I think the proper response to WokeMonique's clown smile would be "No, I think I liked your Resting Bitch Face better after all."

I'm sure it's annoying, but that seems awfully petty compared to real sexual harassment. Maybe that's what radicalism is among the privileged - an obsession with petty things, while meanwhile children are kept in cages, and the world burns.

Me too. It's a great example of "clapter" — the response to political humor that isn't particularly funny but that is politically correct.

Well, to be fair, plenty of cartoons do this these days. MLP tries a meme face practically every episode. I think it's more an expression of our current meme culture, and an increased drive of creators in general to create memes and viral moments in media, than desperation.

In fanworks of mine, I may have that this Monique, is one who had been brainwashed. I’ll have her end up getting freed reconciling with slick, apologizing to Abby for being a user.. And have them together in a poly ship.
