I think the intended message is that this particular woman is being denied agency/power and other career options by the Evil Patriarchy (i.e. is currently being forced to be a porn-star), which is at least consistent with the rest of the rhetoric. The flaw is the insistence that this is the only possible reason why any woman would choose to be a porn-star, which I'm pretty sure does not actually match up to reality.

And yeah, explicitly adding the disclaimer is ... weird, to say the least, which adds to the stilted unreality of the whole thing.
