Character page flag/symbol cleanup

A recent Image Pickin' policy Crowner reached a decision that Characters pages shouldn't use small secondary images to reconfirm each character's nationality or faction allegiance.

The two Drag Race pages that initially prompted the discussion have now been updated, but we have a number of other pages which will need the same edits (mostly video game beat-em-up Character pages).

Moving that work to this new thread, as suggested, so that the Image Pickin' thread (which counts against that subforum's 60 thread cap) can be locked and archived.

I know that Street Fighter, Tekken, and Soul Series use these. I'll get to cleaning those up.

Just did Street Fighter.

And now Tekken. I don't know of any other pages like this.

Just an update:

This went back to a Crowner after an appeal for a second vote. results are in, current policy stands.
