What if a fanfic of the same name already has a page?

So, there's a Hollow Knight fanfic I plan to make a page for, Sins of the Father. But thing is, there's a DBZ fic of the same name that already has a page.

What to do?

But seriously, you just add a qualifier to distinguish it. For example, ComicBook.Guardians Of The Galaxy came before the film of the same name, so the film just became Film.Guardians Of The Galaxy 2014. Since the page for the comic book came first, it gets to keep the name without the year.

For fanfiction, it's normal to use the franchise of origin to clarify. So yours would be Fanfic.Sins Of The Father Hollow Knight. You can use the wikiword tool to customize it to display as Sins of the Father (Hollow Knight).
