How to remove an image I uploaded on accident

So I uploaded an image to put on the top on the Funny subpage of ULTRAKILL, only to realize I uploaded it with the raw filename when I took the screenshot. I uploaded it again with a more legible name and used that instead, but now there's two copies of the same image uploaded to the site and the one with the numbered filename is useless. Is there anyway I can have that old image deleted? For reference, here's the link to the image I want gone:

There's no image deletion function. It's been requested, but who knows when or if it'll actually happen.

Mods can delete images now so deleted the one with numberstring for you.
