as someone who is a fan of both speculative biology & isekai.I have thought about how similarity between these 2 genres

such as God or Alien who send some lifeform to another planet and have them to take survival in this new world but Isekai is often plague with OP Protagonist,Slave Harem,Generic Magic System and every MC is need to fight god but that isn;t happen in Seed World subgenre of Speculative Biology because we see how life is affect with transplant lifeform from our world no matter what time period and this new planet alongside race to civilization and both of them also have hilarious concept from Seed World is Jurassic Zebra Experiment while Isekai is weird such as Isekai as Vending Machine,Sword etc

Sorry, I'm having trouble parsing all that. Are you asking about how a terraformed world meshes with common Isekai tropes?

Usually badly written Isekai settings are so contrived and unreasonable that the only solution is that the entire universe is a simulation. So yes.

I mean Konosuba gets away with it simply because it's intentionally ridiculous but any time the universe runs on Stats there's a sense of artificiality that can be off putting if not addressed. Dan Machi actually takes this concept and runs with it with the Gods literally using stats as a way of enhancing their subordinates. The artificiality is because the system is artificial.

On the other end of the scale you've got Arifureta and I've been killing slimes for 300 years which have RPG mechanics including status screens for no apparent reason. It's never explored despite being a major part of the setting and becomes more and more jarring as time goes on.

Sorry for the rant, I've been reading a lot of litRPGs lately.

I don't know enough about the seed world genre to say the following guess is accurate, but I would assume that the seed world would differ by means of travel (by starship over eons, rather than reincarnation or dimensional gateways) and by the possibility of the protagonist not originally being an earth born geek or even earthborn at all (whereas isekai protags tend to be such geeks and otaku, usually from Japan)
