I think it's about teenagers peer pressuring each other into doing dumb, dangerous pranks like playing chicken, squatting in a Haunted House or what have you.

On-page examples don't seem to bear that out. Could be just that the title is overly broad, though.

is it literally just "teens and children can be dumbasses" cause if so the description is way too focused to a disrtacting degree on specific dumb actions the teens/kids might take
