Occult tropers, join fourth!

Although there are some religious threads, I have yet to see an occult general thread. So I thought "why not"?

Occult tropers. Discuss occult stuff in general, religious things, how you got into the occult, your personal stories, etc.

How would you define the occult?

Finally, the Secret Sealing Club hath awaken.

I really like studying the occult, but not really dabbling into it because

1 : I get scared easily, I even had to research about Urban Legends in the broad daylight instead of the nighttime where I'm most active (I have insomnia)

2 : I'm Muslim, need I say more?

And 3 : I'm more of a stand-back-and-watch-shit-happen guy rather that a guy who would do it hands on.

But I'm really interested in research Urban Legends and the Occult in general.

So first question. What do you think of Tarot Cards?

I have done some divination, usually tarot, but also bibliomancy and cartomancy with regular cards. I actually did some sigil spells a couple of days ago.
