Self Propelled Barrier Of Stupidity
Unfortunately, I can only select one reason for listing this... article. I hesitate to call it a trope. It effectively just describes antagonists that function primarily to obstruct protagonist actions instead of following their own agendas (or have obstructing the actions of others be their agenda).
The trope name is bad, the article's styling is bad, there are very few examples. Seven total. The entries seem to define the trope more than the article itself. There's clearly room for this idea of 'heroes that act, villains that react' that the trope represents, but this page fails to deliver on the concept. I think it'd do better as an index of all the actual tropes it represents.
