I know World of Jerkass was launched through the TLP when it was a redirect, so it should pass in theory (though that was back in 2017, perhaps software updates may prevent it, but feel free to try).

I think you would have to take it up with TRS in some way and I'm not sure how, because The President's Daughter was merged
into Living MacGuffin through it.

... how would I convey this to the launchpad? The page technically exists, but really deserves its own page since, while yes, it's sometimes a subtrope of Living MacGuffin, there's usually a lot more to it.
I suppose my question would be, would this cause issues with the automated (or non-automated) launching system?
