How do I create images hidden with clickable text?

You know when people have an image of a character, and then as the caption it reads "click to see Lord Darkness' true form (Spoilers)" and then you click on it to see that picture? How do I format my text so that I can do that?

See Text-Formatting Rules. The thing you want is detailed in the Notes folder on that page; you use a labelnote with an image inside.
