Because Anycolor's business is still fairly sizable in Japan, so people were speculating the company was pressuring others (mainly the ones also headquartered in Japan) to not associate with Dokibird.

But now Holostars are openly participating in an event organised by her, so clearly that wasn't really a thing.

Doki vs Axel is the 🐍🐍🐍 conflict we've always dreamed of. This event is going to be so hype. It's actually insane how most of the Stars are going to be participating here, even if most of them are going to be eliminated pretty early because of the brackets.

Wonder who's gonna be the play-by-play and color commentator.

I would say get Mason and Mansoor to do it, but I'm sure they'll be out doing indy dates.

Also Neuro, Merry, Buffpup, Goldbullet, Zen, and Shylily are only gonna fight in the pre-game show matches.

Mio is dealing with an illness Cover is not disclosing for privacy reason although it does require long term treatment. Hence she won't be participating in Hololive GAMER fes and Music Verse. Fortunately, Watame decided to step up and take her place in such short notice.

Mio actually tweeted on the 8th that she was set to return this week, but evidently she was only forcing herself to make that return, and it looks like management stepped in and convinced her to take a much longer break, necessitating her to back out from all upcoming events.
