In my opinion, more than a health problem, it is more a problem due to the fact that these chapters are very demanding in terms of drawings, also considering the numerous double pages, and considering that in any case at the level of drawings the commitment is clearly seen ( that cannot be denied) it is probably impossible for him to continue to maintain such a level for more than 15 pages, even considering that he has been drawing the manga for almost ten years now.
On the plot, nothing to say. In the end let's see how long it will take to close the Toga subplot, I say two more chapters at least
In his commentary on this week's Jump he doesn't talk about his health or his break, so who's to say....
Literally anyone who's read manga for more than a little time knows how grueling the process is. It's easy to make the connection the short chapters are health related.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. It's probably as you say, but it could also be something else.
...is there anything to say about the chapter?
What I wonder too, at least compared to the other short chapter seems to be much more full of content.
Given the lack of a summary, and from what I've seen, probably not.
We need the aftermath of the last few conflicts; Shoto is passed out, Hawks is still standing and Uraraka is still trying to reason with Toga and that's about it.
Hori you stuck the landing with the Todoroki storyline, please don't fumble Uraraka.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.It opens me up that Hori is trying to recreate the same effect seen with Toya a few chapters ago: again a potential threat that risks involving everyone in a certain area and again one of the character who stands up to dispel it.
I wonder how Uraraka will stop her, even if she counters Toga, Twice's copies won't disappear....

I've seen a few scans on twitter. Art is gorgeous, and from what preliminary translations are suggesting, it's Ochaco actually calling out to Himiko on why she feels she's failing to "become" Jin, and reaching out to her in a manner similar to how Izuku has reached out to Tomura. Plenty of people are pointing out just how much this shows Izuku and Ochaco are of like mind, even more so than just their little discussion about being "weirdos" for wanting to "save" the villains.
Remind me of Deku when he look at Tomura only for a few seconds but Deku can see things that only him can see and other people can't

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!I just assume the lack of summary is because the person who usually posts the summaries only posts them on Reddit and since the MHA is still private due to the protests that means no summaries until the sub reopens.
Me: "I think I'll go and edit the page of a work I read" Also me: Get frustrated at the editing UI, gives up, and hopes someone else does iSummaries were literally posted on Twitter.
Well our usual poster didn't post them.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I had to work early. Seesh ill post a summary as soon as I get home Chapter 391: Rejected by the World
The chapter begins with an army of Twices fighting the heroes. Pixie-bob summons a giant earth wave and manages to scatter them, but more Twices show up behind her and star
t attacking. Tiger shouts her name, but he also gets caught in the endless attack of the clones
A narration then begins explaining how Toga's quirk works and saying that the heroes have no way of knowing how much blood she has stored, but even if they did it wouldn't matter. Once the Sad Man's Death Parade started, the Twices became too many for the heroes to handle
Camie, Shishido and many other heroes are getting attacked by the Twices. We see Shoto unconscious on the ground while Natsuo, Fuyumi and Iida listen to the sound of the clones fighting in the distance. So does Hawks, who stands up again holding his sword
(Iida isn't near the Todorokis, neither is Hawks. They're all far away from each other, but all of them can hear the Sad Man's Death Parade)
It cuts to Ochako floating in the air to get free from the clones that were surrounding her, but she gets hit in the face by one of the Twices' measuring tape. Toga asks herself what happened to Toya and if he's really dead, wondering if she has just lost another friend
Ochako grabs onto her arm using her wire and a new special move, Zero Gravity Space Walk. She says she's only known Toga for a short time, since the summer of last year, but since then her opinion on her has changed greatly
Toga says once again that it's too late for all of that and Ochako apologizes for taking so long, but now she has finally found her amidst the chaos. She saw Toga's tears and thinks she figured out why she can't use Twice's quirk to the fullest
And that may be because Toga's murderous intent is mixing with her "love" for other people, diluting those feelings within her. Tsuyu speculated that maybe she didn't love Shigaraki and the others enough, but Ochako thinks that's not exactly it
That's the conclusion she came to after hearing the Twices repeating "heroes must die" and seeing Toga's tears. Toga then shouts "shut up, Ochako Uraraka! What do you know about me?! Nothing!" and her face becomes hersef's again instead of Twice's. End of chapter

Were it not for risk of friendly fire, it would be easy to get rid of the Sad Man's Parade with just a single massive attack, since the clones can only take a single hit before dying. Pixie-Bob alone could just level the entire area to get rid of them.
Instead, everyone remaining together in one area means those kind of AOE attacks would just get them killed too. So now we have an infinitely self-replicating army of murderous duplicates entirely focused on killing everyone in sight that can't be easily downed, if only because two easily replace each one they actually manage to hit.
Unless Ochaco making Himiko shed Jin's form causes the clones to somehow dissolve too due to no longer having access to Jin's Quirk, I'm finding it hard to see how this doesn't turn World War Z.
Here's to hoping we don't see anyone die cause of this at least.

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!I'm not seeing any more major hero deaths this late in the game.
You know we could've avoided Attack Of The Clones if Deku had just flattened Toga earlier.
Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?He was too busy trying to show her empathy (and before that, he was too busy trying to get the hell out of there since he wasn't actually supposed to be there).
One Strip! One Strip!Well, Deku still may have a chance, since, if you remember, Toga's Twice clones entered through portals, one of them being Gunga (where she and Uraraka currently are), but another was where Shigaraki and Deku are fighting, so "freckles" may have a change to say something to her via clones.
13 page chapter this time Chapter 392: Villain Name
The chapter begins with Tsuyu tied up by Twice's, saying she couldn't dodge the clone's attacks due to the injury she took on Okuto island. Uraraka shouts her name and Toga starts yelling at her, saying that she acts like that because she was born with an easy life
A flashback begins, with Toga's parents accusing her of killing the bird to drink its blood. Toga denies it while crying, saying that it was already dead in the backyard. We then see her being taken to the quirk counseling, the lady there says they'll make her "normal"
We then see Toga walking in a park while seeing different forms of love, like a couple holding hands and a man playing with his dog. She remembers all the times she was told to act normal as she watches everyone, biting her own finger hard enough to the point of bleeding
Then we see her parents asking if she sucked the blood of a friend from school and Toga says she didn't, she just gave his bruise a little kiss. Her parents say that this isn't normal and Toga replies that she doesn't understand what this means
Toga is crying desperately, asking her parents why she has to repress her love, why she can't turn into other people. Why doesn't anyone else feel the urge to drink blood like she does? The parents are screaming, saying they have given birth to something that is not human
Cuts back to the present and we see that a "vestige" of Curious is talking to Toga, saying that this is why she put on a mask, suppressed her emotions, and turned into someone who was not really her
Ochako pulls Toga with her wire and Jirou arrives on the scene, going to hold a falling Tsuyu. But Kamui warns her that that's not the real one, because he's already holding Tsuyu. That's when the falling Tsuyu's face distorts, getting a huge mouth and eyes
Tsuyu's clone attacks Jiro, but Kamui destroys it. Toga starts making more clones of Tsuyu and Jirou, and Kamui says that the clones are drinking the blood that's dropping through the battlefield. Jiro's surprised to see herself cloned and puts her hand on her injured ear
Tsuyu finds herself surrounded by the clones and starts talking to Toga, saying that she thought a hero's duty was to follow the rules and that anything that opposed that was villainous. But now her friend is more focused on reaching Toga than following any of those rules
She thinks that this path, that of understanding, is much harder than arresting or killing everyone. So, even though Ochako is a bit too late, Tsuyu asks Toga to at least listen to what she has to say. But in the next page, we see Ochako getting stabbed in the stomach.
Ochako coughs blood and Toga says that they are fundamentally different. She can't feel the same joy as everyone else and she's tired of people judging her life. The last panel of the chapter is a flashback of Twice asking Toga if she won't pick a villain name for herself
OH FUCK.
YOOOOOOOO THIS SHIT'S GETTIN' DRAMATIC HOLY FUCK.
Reeeeally should've gone for bloody steaks mr and ms Himiko.
Secret Signaturebreak next week btw
Good for Hori.

I think people are right to worry about this man's health when he can't even push out a 10 page chapter.
