He then gave an ultimatum to the World: If he wasn't assassinated within a year, he would destroy Earth next! Oddly, he sets up base in a Japanese high school. A group of delinquents' class is who he chooses to teach. They are, of course, assigned to try and assassinate their teacher. Crazy shenanigans ensue.
