Where do "micro tropes" like specific types of shots or musical phrases belong in?

For instance, the "Stark theme" from Game of Thrones can be found in various songs like "Behind Blue Eyes" or Pink Floyd's "Shine On" or the German vintage crooner "Roter Mohn" etc. - it's a recurring phrase, a "lick" etc., but "tropes" on this site tend to be somewhat larger things don't they?

One could also put that list in like a "similarities / possible influences" namespace, but things like this probably warrant being recognized as some kind of tropes or microtropes, right?

Anyone know how such things are handled here?

You can ask in Trope Finder, but we generally group such things into tropes that encompass broader ideas. Tropes about very specific recurring elements tend to fall into issues with context.

Maybe OP is looking for Stock Room, which catalog things that are used over and over by works so they eventually become tropes in their own right. A 'lick' that is oft repeated might eventually become a Standard Snippet, for example.
