Aaaand of course Domestic Girlfriend gets brought up. Saw it coming since Garnt started to bring up spice.

Also, I don't think I laughed this hard this often in an any podcast episode ever. My favorite moment was the description of Kuroinu, which was basically Berserk without the cool parts and even more rapes.

I'm surprised that Connor is so disgusted by this hentai, because I thought he would absolutely love this stuff, with Garnt hating it, but it turned out to be the opposite way around.

It might be just me, but this is my least favorite episode so far.

Perhaps because I'm not too interested in drifting and automobiles in general, I found myself kinda zoning out.

I haven't watched it at all.

I'll go with "no"

Man, if only they get time to spare, they should make an irregular series of shorter videos (10 minute tops) where they only talk about food, because of course this episode contains a discussion of how to eat pizzas.

Yeah I'm gonna back Joey on his opinion on FMA. It's got solid production and writing but it's very typical fantasy. I also feel like the author could have gone wilder with the alchemy, and put in more moments like when <FMA spoiler> Roy dissociates the hydrogen and oxygen from the water and uses it to make a giant explosion.

Trigun is good but Gun X Sword is REALLY where it's at.

I'm not a big stan for Ghibli, but Mononokeand Spirited Away are comfortably top-tier. And yeah, Totoro was kind of just okay.

Can't believe Joey rated Another so highly. Even a horror anime simp cannot possibly justify it. Like I think that's a legit awful show more preoccupied with shock schlock than being genuinely eerie or halfway coherent. Campy Final Destination is an apt descriptor.

Psycho Pass S3 I feel is in the same league and at times better than S1.

The anime ending of Akame ga Kill was better than the manga's, I'll stand by that.

I wonder if I should watch the Monster anime. I've read the manga but I heard the adaptation was excellent.

I will NOT stand for the Pokemon trash talk. The first movie was a banger. (But yeah the OG Digimon anime was better than the Pokemon anime)

Hataraku no Maou-sama, Darker than Black and Eden of the East are great gosh-dang shows. I'll also throw in my support for No Game No Life. Honestly I was also surprised that Connor watched the stuff that he has.

Wait a minute, Zombie Loan had an anime?! And I didn't know Maoyuu and Log Horizon were written by the same person.

Connor's attitude about not rewatching just confounds me. I inevitably find something in a rewatch/re-read/etc. that I missed the first time I went through the work.

I'm actually with Connor on not rewatching things.

Not that I don't enjoy rewatching, far from it. It's just that I already have so many items on my to read/watch/play list that I just don't have time for rewatching.

Once I complete most of that list, I will probably start rewatching things. XP
