The basic ugliness of this has been perfectly caught in a single stream of Twitter/
- A video started circling of a crowd of black people beating up a guy.
- The poster talking about how they murdered someone outright.
- Then other posters showed the video was edited.
- The full video reveals that the guy is, alive, and was chasing a black kid with a machete.
- Some try to claim he was defending his store.
- He turned out to be just a guy who was running around with a sword chasing black kids from out of town.
