Using Fair Use, or other Copyright Friendly methods

The short of it is, I want to write and draw a webcomic about kids playing outside, and having the kids playing up their own version of the Star Wars saga.

I've looked up information on Fair-use and parody laws, but I don't see anything that might pertain to my particular issue.

Can anyone explain whether or not I can move forward, or if I'll have to be stressing out over a potential lawsuit?

I'm going to suggest you take this to Writer's Block. That's a better place for advice on fair use and copyright. We aren't lawyers, though.
