Just about everything is going to rest on how you determine the scores.The entire society basically runs on mind control and since high-scores can take any goods from lower-scores it enforces it's own economics. Assuming economics as we know it is a thing because you can't run a business where someone can simply walk in and take all your property at any moment and beat you if you complain. Having lower scores needing to pass more education should give them better economic opportunity but again, socially permitted theft means that any gains that a lower scorer makes will be taken by a higher scorer.
So...what's your end goal? What kind of story are you trying to tell?
I want to tell the story of a low-scoring girl who has just started her life, she is sent to a special school and is going to experience a complete school drama and try to figure out her future job while her mother who has more points than she and is a surgery with a very low score she starts using her daughter in services to try to please her boss who has a score 7 times higher than the two, the boss in turn has to answer to bosses with higher score than her and uses those below her to try to please her superiors in turn.
this economic problem is part of what you're facing me, but it's something I'd really like to find a solution

Sounds almost like a more formalized form of fascism.
I'll sleep on it but I don't think I've got clear answers. The gaps are too big and I'm still parsing what you said was your plot.
Basically the story I want to tell is about a girl growing up in this regime and having to balance school, personal life and the demands of her mother who is trying to please her cruel boss. In many ways the scenario is more tied to dangers she will have to get around or people she will have to please.

I want to create a plan with Romanticized Abuse I'm trying to make an alien society where people are all repressed by a computer system integrated in everything and everyone, but basically the people in that system are scored somehow (which I need help defining) and the people with the highest score. They can commit crimes against people with lower scores without consequences, the scores can change quite easily and are not tied to economic factors and cannot be transferred voluntarily. In addition, lower scorers are required to graduate more and work harder, and usually higher scorers steal from these people or are bosses of those people, but also have to worry about people who have more points than themselves. The system is maintained mainly because everyone has chips in their brains that make them happy with this system.
I would also like help in determining what would be the years of education of a low-scoring individual
