Fire Emblem Three Houses (Spoiler Thread)

Come to think of it, TWSITD were in a perfect position to assassinate Rhea, but that doesn't happen because it would be too easy. I feel like they were undersold as a threat, like these guys have nukes, assassins that can shape-shift, have advanced tech and robots, and have the best understanding of crests, but nope, they take a back seat.

They are wary of fighting Dragons directly. Even the final battle Arundel is watching from afar sipping tea.

you'd think poisoning Rhea's tea would be a viable tactic. These guys succeed in killing Rhea in the Golden Deer route yes? Drop a nuke on the Kingdom and be done with it.

The injuries do her in, but it was a last ditch move that would even kill himself.

After all Rhea is usually somewhere they can't toss missiles at. Excluding Enbarr where it's implied they likely used her for experiments(her dying and captive portraits are the same)

I don't think Rhea dies at all in the Golden Deer route. I think her last scene is her telling Claude how Nemesis is the one destroying villages while making a beeline for the monastery, and nothing in that scene suggests that she dies.

It's an Implied died offscreen from what I understand. Much like Silver Snow but no crazy dragon battle f you don't S Support her.

I don't think there were even implications she died offscreen on Verdant Wind. Again, her last scene is her telling Claude that Nemesis is coming, and no mention is made whatsoever about her injuries killing her or her power going out of control and her having to be put down.

Back to Felix, I like him because he's not afraid to call people out on bullshit. Now is he tactful with this? No, but then again, Brutal Honesty might be my favorite character trait.

Because nothing is mentioned of her immediately following that. Not even the credits. So people think she's pretty much dead.

Let's not forget Claude disappears entirely without ever getting any closure on Silver Snow too, and given his track record folks asume he's still alive.

On Blue Lion she retires as Catherine's solo ending is accompanying here, on Golden Deer she dies as Catherine's solo ending isn't that.

Anyway, huh. As long you unlocked the option S rank as option for Male and Female Byleth, you can buy the s support with new game plus options meaning you don't need to play game through for every single character to see their s rank O_o

Ultimately, Rhea's fate in Verdant Wind is pretty ambiguous. Catherine's solo ending does seem to lean towards Rhea dying, but not getting Catherine's solo ending means people won't even see that particular implication.

I suppose in the end it really depends on whether you prefer to believe she died offscreen with no fanfare at all or if she eventually managed to recover from her injuries after what is presumably a lot of rest.

So unique dialogs for group tasks are amazing

So i've seen the dialogue Thales has if confronted by Seteth or Flayn, is it possible that Thales is really 700 years old, and fought them personally back in the day? Wasn't there a brain uploading theory?

Rhea outright says she's dying after the Shambhalla battle in Verdant Wind, which is one of the reasons she spills the beans about everything.

The power of plot explanation is so powerful and dangerous that not even an A support with Rhea is enough to save her. I'm pretty sure she lives in the Silver Snow Route if she A supports with you at least, otherwise, bye.

She lives in Azure Moon, but frustratingly you don't actually get to talk to her or anything interesting like that.

She didnt get missiles in the face that helps.

Which makes her survival in Silver Snow if you S-rank her all the more impressive, considering the sheer amount of punishment she takes as the final boss after she took a couple missiles to the face while recovering from 5 years of imprisonment.

I will never again mock the power of love after this game.
