New login walls on edits pages?

For some time now, I've been archiving my edits page. I tried it again recently, but when I entered the url into the archive, I got a message saying "please login in order to use this feature." I looked in the changelog to see what was going on, but I didn't see anything about nonusers being unable to see tropers' edits pages. So I'm not sure what's happening. Is this a glitch? I'm guessing it's something like that, since I don't know what would be wrong with nonusers seeing users' edits pages.

We've been making some changes to permissions across the site to make things easier to understand and manage. It's discussed here. If there are unintentional side effects, like being unable to view edit histories while not logged in, we would like to know about them.
