Just make the page with the name "Aranyelet" and make a custom title to make the acute appear.

I would like to start a works page for the Hungarian show Aranyélet (index Live Action TV 2010s) but I'm not sure how to make sure the acute on the é appears in the title without messing out the search and so on. I'm really not sure that it has an official English title (The Other Wiki consistently using the Hungarian title and the only time I found an English title was HBO Go's English subtitles). Could somebody help me out please?
