While the cave was getting closer and closer, Amy had definitely noticed the pink flames and resulting silhouettes, and she could hear voices as they approached it.
"We might be in a bit of trouble here..." The pink hedgehog said, readying her hammer as she entered the cave herself, steeling herself for whatever might happen next.

Swamp - Outside Cave (Ilulu)
"Empty threats, you little...hatchling! You're a Harmony Dragon, I can smell it on you! Why would the Emperor of Demise send-eep!"
Raz's shot certainly takes the colossal Chaos Dragon by surprise, as she looks down at the Psychonaut.
"Enter my mind? To do what? Make me fall in love with your wretched species? Brainwash me? I'm not falling for your tricks, and no fancy title's going to convince me either!"
Ilulu now glares straight at Jake, her eyes narrowing.
"You say you're neutral, but you reek of humans! Why would a dragon willingly ally themselves with...with...?"
She seems to have spotted Amy and Alabama approaching. An unexpected look is visible in her eyes, at first it looks like fear but it's more like...disbelief?
"Is that...? I-I'm not scared of...ow, ow..."
The flames begin to die down unexpectedly, shrinking in size until only Ilulu's human form is left, kneeling on one knee with a claw clutching her chest.
"S-stupid...Tohru...even just transforming wore me out...she didn't...have to hit me that hard..."

“I won't enter your mind if you don't want me to. And I'm not gonna hurt someone who's just confused and freaked out,” Raz said firmly, or as firmly as a ten-year-old possibly could without sounding silly. “Just— calm down and we'll talk this— oh you did. Phew.”
Visibly relaxing once Ilulu quelled her own flames, he raised placating hands to everyone around (and just arriving) as if he was somehow the adult of the situation at hand.
“It's okay, everyone! She's too worn out to fight us right now. So let's be nice to her from now on, okay? She has a uh... anti-human thing going on, but she...”
He looked over at Ilulu, lifting his goggles as he stared at her with a mixture of wonderment, confusion, and slight gratitude.
“...she didn't attack us...”
He cautiously drew near to her, stopping outside of her personal space and sitting down with his legs drawn up to his chest. He smiled at her, and outstretched his hand again, as if they hadn't just met mere minutes ago.
“Hi! I'm Raz. Can we... try again? I'm sorry for lying to you. It was mean of me, but I didn't want you to get angry straightaway. The stuff I said about psychics was all real, though. I know what it's like to feel alienated. But it's probably nowhere close to your deal, is it...?”

They didn't even know what those were precisely, but they sounded so fun! And they weren't available until she-didn't-even-know?!
Unable to experience it, NiGHTS flopped over one of the poles making the farm's enclosure, with a disappointed pout. "Awww. Not fun!" She lamented.

Chaos Realm - Tetra
Tetra's attention had been on their surroundings rather than the group's conversation, keeping alert for any incoming threats while NiGHTS bantered with the others. The jester seemed to be hiding something, or at least had a history they weren't happy with sharing- far as Tetra was concerned, though, that wasn't her business unless fate conspired to make it so.
(Which, given the sort of luck they'd been having lately, was all too possible.)
So, while Ahrimam dealt with the farmhand and NiGHTS lamented the lack of... whatever the man was selling, Tetra clasped her hands behind her back and took exaggerated, childish steps over to the barn, aiming to get a better peek at the creature- and whatever else- that was inside.

He's got a feeling she's gonna blow up and make things even worse if he tells her that it might be because he has a human family from his father's side, soooo, best leave that part out for lady extremist.
"Because it's not just dragons I protect, you know?" Jake answered back as he glanced towards Ilulu. "The magical community, humans, whatever, it's my duty as the Atlantean Dragon to protect the innocent people of this continent, no matter what!"
Turns out she didn't had the energy for a full on brawl, after all, which was good! This Tohru lady really kicked her pretty good if those wounds are this extreme for her. "You're gonna make the pain even worse if you keep trying to exert yourself. Don't move sis, and just take it easy." He said towards Ilulu, giving a small grin as Raz seemed to be doing his best to appease her. He would then notice the other two that came here and would turn around to look at them. Oh, hey!" He exclaimed, examining Alabama and Amy. "You uh, all kind of wandered to a silly situation. Thankfully, it seems to be calming down!"
Hopefully. She doesn't seem the type to settle down.

Spyro and Sparx-The Swamp
Ilulu's threats and comments of him being a hatchling don't even make Spyro bat an eye. What DOES raise Spyro's brow is when Ilulu shrinks back to her human form, obviously in pain. "Geez. I Guess Tohru wore her out more than I thought..." Spyro commented. Spyro was almost disappointed about the anticlimax, but with Raz here and two more people wandering into the area from who knows where, it's definitely for the best there isn't an all out fire fight breaking out.
Speaking of the two newcomers, Spyro adds on to Jake's explanation. "Yeah, no reason for alarm or anything. Just some Official Dragon business wrapping up. Feel free to keep to keep moving on."
With Ilulu down for the moment, the boy-Raz-decided to step in to play peacemaker. "Please, I'm not gonna kick her when she's already down. Relax!" Spyro says with a roll of his eyes, casually flying closer to Raz and Ilulu. Sparx rejoins him at his side as he reaches Raz's side and softly lands.
Spyro watches Raz try to have a genuine moment with Ilulu, the supposed human hating extremist, and can't help but smile sadly. If only something like that would actually work. "I hate to break up a touching moment like this, but uh, we are going to have to bring her in, what with her being a wanted terrorist and all. Sorry," he says to Raz. Poor Kid was just trying his best, Spyro could tell.
It's then that he turns specifically to Ilulu, with an accusing look. "If you really want to know why both Telne AND Damocles would send us, you did attack Damocles' daughter. Remember that? And tried to destroy a town while you were at it," and here he gives Ilulu a sad headshake. "So yeah, not cool on either account."
Amy Rose (Cave of Dragons)
Ready for a fight as she might have been, the sight of the angry dragon girl running out of steam and looking injured had her put away the hammer and approach Ilulu, hunching down to not be so intimidating (even if they were about the same height, but hey, it was the thought that counts).
"Hey...it's gonna be okay, alright? No one wants to hurt you." She said, hearing most of the group emphasize that...except for one of the other dragons, which had mentioned the girl being a terrorist. Turning her head to look at Spyro, the hedgehog gave him an unimpressed look. "Do you want her to flare back up and hurt herself worse? Ease up, let her breathe...and another thing, what's this Dragon Business about? Who's giving you the authority to call her a terrorist and bring her in, anyway?"

Alabama - Ilulu's Cave
Seeing the glowing eyes in the pink flames Alabama rotated the barrels of her guns towards it as she moved towards the kid, but stumbled a bit when it began shouting at the two small dragons. As she was about to load a few shells in case the firebeast decided to attack everyone near the cave it suddenly collapses into itself and becomes a small girl/woman who looks like she'd been chewed up and spat back out by something.
Seeing that the situation had calmed down Alabama stepped onto solid ground, her rigging disappearing back to whoever it goes when she wasn't using it, and looking first at the pink-haired girl and then at the red and purple dragons says, "Yeah, she looks real scuffed up to me, I think she shouldn't be going anywhere just yet" With that said Alabama's attention is grabbed by one of the stray cats and she crouches down to try and get its attention, especially as it reminded her of her older sister's cat back home.
Swamp - Outside Cave (Ilulu)
Ilulu leans back from her kneeling position to just be seated cross-legged on the ground. Her injuries don't look too rough, but judging from her heavy breathing she definitely doesn't have the energy to fight five people in her true form right now. The dragon looks from Raz's smile to his outstretched hand, seeming genuinely conflicted.
"...Hi Raz, I'm, uh..."
After a few seconds, Ilulu swats Raz's hand away, her expression changing to one of almost-forced looking annoyance.
"...disgusted! Don't touch me, you smell like human!"
Ilulu's gaze then turns to Jake, her voice taking on a mocking tone. It sounds a little...too immature, even for her voice, though.
"Oh, so you're a guard dog! You're not allowed to do what you want, are you? You've always gotta have time to do your job that, let me guess, you didn't pick? And for who? For the weaker species that can't keep themselves safe on their own? Why is that your problem? Why are you...?"
And then she turns to Spyro, looking genuinely angry this time.
"'Terrorist!' For doing what our species was born to do? Destruction, mayhem, it's...what we're good at! Tohru's the one who's doing something...unnatural! I don't care whose daughter she is...associating with humans makes her an enemy now, and Damocles should know that!"
Every pause seems like she's stopping to figure out what she should say next, or maybe what she's supposed to say next.
But it's her statement to Amy that's probably the most confusing thing this proportionally-challenged dragon has to say.
"B-by the way, uh...I'm a huge fan..."
Alabama receives a small smile in her direction as well, one cat lover recognizing another.
"They're kinda skittish, but they like me...dunno how much luck you'll have."

“You like cats, huh...?” Raz carefully said, starting to get a feel for what was up with this weird dragon lady now. It sounded like she was insecure, putting up a front to protect... something. Maybe herself, or her own morality. “I like cats too! I kinda like monkeys more though, 'cause they're like cats but people-shaped? And they can climb in really hard-to-reach places. Have you seen any before?”
Raz was either very good at acting unaffected by Ilulu's childish outbursts, or he was genuinely unperturbed by the harsh things she was saying. Either way, he knew she was more bark than bite—or at least for the moment—and he could detect a vulnerability that would likely become more prominent as time went on.
“I agree with... pink... spiky hammer lady, Mr. Purple Dragon. I think Ilulu's just gonna lash out more if you try taking her into custody...” Raz hummed, before clicking his tongue in thought as he looked between said dragons. “Okay, so I'm guessing you guys just wanna make sure she doesn't hurt anybody, right? So why not... try keeping watch over her without any kind of scary prison people or law... people? We can try and be friendly instead! I mean, she already knows what she's done, she's clearly frustrated by it, and she's uh... all puffy and angry,” he mimicked, trying to swell up his chest and pout in his best imitation of Ilulu's angry face. “So can't we just... I dunno, do whatever it is you guys do normally and keep her around until she's a little more calmed down? Otherwise she might just cause more damage!”
He again offered a supportive smile to Illulu once he was finished, though he kept his hand away this time. No need to pressure her when she was still distrustful, but he still wanted to make sure he was only friendly to her.

Spyro and Sparx-Illulu's Swamp Cave
Spyro watches in attentive surprise as Ilulu almost considers shaking Raz's hand, instead pushing away in disgust that seems...forced. Her comment to Jake somehow seems even more forced. "There's no way..." Spyro says quietly to himself. It almost sounds like Ilulu is trying to force herself to believe what she's saying. Her comments towards him seem genuine, which is just another level of sad, but those initial reactions, plus her reactions to Amy and Alabama and the cats...
Spyro's thoughts turn to a friend of his-Bianca. She had been a villain once too. Lied to and misled her whole life, she had been goaded into stealing an entire clutch of Dragon Eggs for the wicked and vain Sorceress who had ruled the Forgotten Lands. But she had turned out to be good in the end-just really misled. Her comments had been forced then too. Heck, she was a good friend now, even if he wasn't a fan of her and Hunter's *ugh* romance. Bianca had genuinely believed she was doing the right thing. Ilulu almost sounded like she didn't believe she was. Which made Spyro wonder...Maybe Raz had the right idea in trying to reach out to her? It was idea that was really starting to grow, at any rate-and quickly.
"Sounds to me like you've just been hanging around the wrong dragons, then," Spyro comments to Ilulu simply.
Taking a look at the people around him who want to give Ilulu a chance, Spyro stopped for a moment. Raz commented that maybe they should try just keeping watch over her for now-an idea Spyro was starting to see merit in. Never one to consider his options for very long, he then turned to Amy. Looks like he had some explaining to do. Sure, what he had to say was supposed to be secret, but it was for the greater good here!-probably.
"Look," he said to Amy. "I'll tell you what's up, but you all have to keep it on the downlow, okay? Apparently, if word about any this spreads around it'll cause all sorts of dumb political trouble," Spyro says with an eye roll, before giving Raz, Amy and Alabama a more imploring look.
Spyro then starts balancing on his tail, his legs going into a criss-cross applesauce position. He holds a finger out for Sparx to rest on, then begins his explanation. "The name's Spyro. And this is Sparx." He lifts the hand holding his dragonfly pal. We were sent to bring in Ilulu by the heads of the two Dragon Factions-Telne of the Harmony Faction and Damocles of the Chaos Faction. They're kind of the leaders of most of Dragon kind. The Harmony Dragons, my clan by the way, defend humanity (and human-adjacent species), while the Chaos Dragons fight against humanity and the Gods in general," Spyro starts out with a basic explanation.
"Glaurung here isn't a part of that faction business, by the way," Spyro says, nodding his head towards Jake. "His Dragon Clan are a neutral party in our dumb dragon war."
"Now, as a Harmony Dragon, I really don't care for the Chaos Faction. I couldn't agree less with their ridiculous 'anti-human' schtick," he makes sure to emphasize with a shake of his head. "But the Harmony head agreeing WITH the Chaos head that Ilulu needs to be brought in to face the consequences of her actions? That's pretty serious dragon business. Plus this whole thing is being backed up by the Goddess Quetzalcoatl. Well, Former Goddess, anyways," he says with a half shrug, so as not to disrupt Sparx.
Spyro never did the story on why Quetzalcoatl wasn't a Goddess anymore. Maybe it was a really embarrassing story? Anyway, thats a thought for another time.
"So yeah, I'm on a mission from 'the big wigs' to bring in a 'dangerous terrorist'. But I think you might be on to something here, Raz" Spyro states honestly. "Tell me," and here Spyro turns to Ilulu herself, with a searching look on his face. This is a bit of a long shot, he knows, but...well, he's gotta try, right? For Bianca. "You don't actually believe any of that 'anti-human' stuff you're spouting off, do you?"

“Whisper it!” Raz quickly interjects, raising a finger as he suddenly has an epiphany. “Ilulu, whisper whatever the answer is so only he can hear, okay? It might make it easier!”

"Look, sis, if you're trying to convince me to change my ideals for 'Might Makes Right' stuff right now, I'd rather you don't." Jake shook his head towards Ilulu. He didn't chose to be the Atlantean Dragon, sure, it's taking lots of time off him, considering he's pretty far away from home and his family now, but that still won't stop him from doing what is the right thing. Besides, this whole destruction and mayhem talk is reminding him far too much of the Dark Dragon.
He would then give a nod and a grin to the rest as Spyro pointed towards him during his explanation of the whole mess. "Normally as the Atlantean Dragon, I wouldn't involve myself in a conflict with either, but well, something this serious warrants intervention!"
Jake gave a curious eyebrow raise at Raz's idea. Oh man, the real him and the rest are going to be so confused when they come back to find Alice is gone and that there's now a very extremist lady dragon in the tavern. Still, he's gonna be ready in case he gets a big scolding. Gramps lesson did toughened him up for that sort of thing.
"I have a relationship with a girl that had similar kind of thoughts, except the hatred was with non-humans. With enough time, she snapped out of it and now we're pretty happy together!" If someone like Rose, that was born and raised in a clan of a genocidal assasssin cult snapped out of the manipulation, deception and tricks, who says this tiny gal can't?
Amy Rose (Cave)
Nodding in agreement at the need for secrecy, Amy sat down patiently and listened to Spyro's explanation regarding the actions of the 'terrorist', who apparently was a fan of hers if she'd heard her right. Once the other dragon had finished talking, she tilted her head this way and that as she thought before speaking up.
"I get that you're just doing your jobs." She said, before gesturing to Ilulu. "But I think what we need, what she needs, is someone to keep her company, teach her that there's a better way to live. And if the Elder Dragons or whatever try to make a stink about it, then they can come down and explain in person why it's so important that they come harass a girl who obviously needs support over punishment."

Alabama - Ilulu's Cave
"This kind of reaction is what I'd expect from someone who's had their family attacked, so sending someone out to grab her seems warranted to me," Alabama says from where she's crouched down having a little luck getting the cat to approach her by using the end of one of her ponytails to catch its attention before continuing, "My sisters would do the same if someone attacked me."
A few moments pass before a thought occurs to Alabama and she says in a thoughtful tone of voice, "Unless they sent the two of you out here to make sure she didn't do this kind of thing again, by giving her the support she needs like Amy's suggesting she needs"

Tentomon swiped the baby off the woman before she had time to blink, and then Bardock's blast prompted her to squeal in fright, even as Karre psionically snatched her stick away. "They're after me, they're after me!" she cried as she curled up and cowered from the group.
"Hold it, hoooold everything!" A loud voice cut across the confusion, as a new figure came trotting up to the midden. He was a forty-something fellow with a hairless head and a bulging waistline, riding in on a mule and dressed up in the local guard's colours with a sheriff's badge gleaming on his chest. "Now jest hwat's goin' on around here?"
"Sheriff Busby!" wailed the woman. "It's them changelin's! The changelin's 're here! I knew getting their baby'd bring'em down, but they're all gonna git me!"
"Oh, for the-" the sheriff pinched the bridge of his nose. "Ah keep tellin' y'all, there ain't no changelin's in Selenza County! And that goes double for the baby! That rugrat's been funny lookin' since the day he came outta ya, jus' ask the midwives!"
"Them midwives is in cahoots! If there ain't no changelin's, then why're these monsters comin' down on me?!"
Sure enough, Damar's cursory check with the stone wouldn't trigger any change in the infant. The baby seemed perfectly human- pot-bellied and with a slight crook to its head, but human nonetheless.

Kocsma Tavern
Miss Fortune's eyes went wide as her guns were yanked from her hands. A few shocked gasps went up from nearby pirates too. "Oh, honey, you just poked a bear. Get her!"
An angry roar filled the air as three men, two women, and the yordle corsair all came bearing down on her with swords drawn. Some tried to jab her, while others were merely trying to get the guns off her.
Chaosrealm
The farmer coincidence scratched his chin. "Purple demonspawn, uh? Reckon I saw one'a those not long ago. 'andsome feller, flashy outfit, good with the slight of 'and. 'appen that he passed by 'ere, but if I was you, I shouldn't follow. Last I saw, he were 'eaded down the pass...toward the Endless Domains."
A sorcerer as well read as Ahriman would have seen theories of the Endless Domains. They were not themselves endless in size, though no mortal could ever reach the end of them, but their names related to stories of the Endless. Some philosophers called them gods, some said they were beyond gods, while others said they were merely ideas. Whatever the case, they were meant to be the embodiments of concepts known to every mortal in the universe. Whether they were believed in or not, every being with enough presence of mind defined their universe by them.
Naturally, they supposedly made their homes in planes beyond the physical world, from the highest to the lowest. Most of them, the ones that embodied aspects of thought and feeling, made their home in the spirit realms. The Realm of Chaos, in particular, was quite the little hub, containing one of the Domains, and entryways to two or three more.
None of this would be any concern to Captain Tetra, even as she tried to sneak her way over to the barn area. Her attempts didn't go unnoticed for too long. The bull took that moment to glance up, and immediately grew agitated, grunting and banging its antlers against the metal wall.
"HOI, YOU!" barked the farmer. "Keep 'way from there!...You folks keep an eye on yer little'un now, lest you want her stuck on the horns of a dilemma."

The Hidden Midden (Master Chief and Cortana)
"That could've ended up a lot worse," Cortana snarks privately in Chief's helmet. The Spartan then shakes his head before sighing and approaching the Sheriff, weapon lowered.
"Is she usually like this?" Chief asks the Sheriff, making sure to keep an eye on the woman's movements.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...
The Hidden Midden
After glancing from Damar to the infant, Bardock approaches the sheriff.
"What's this about changelings?"
The Saiyan glances over his shoulder at his Cardassian comrade.
"Hey Damar, hit this guy with it, too. Can't be too certain."
Turning back to the sheriff, Bardock continues.
"Why the hell does she think she has a changeling baby? You guys been having problems lately or something?"
Swamp - Ilulu's Cave (Ilulu)
Ilulu looks down upon Raz's question, answering without looking him in the eye.
"...No...cats're better anyways, you...dumb human...
The short dragon pauses for a few seconds before getting to her feet and slowly, but calmly, approaching Spyro and Jake.
"I believe...every word...of it. But! Let's try Amy's idea. I respect her opinion at least, she's not a Harmony cur or a human. I'll travel with you and you can both feel free to try and change my mind. I'll give you human-lovers the opportunity to make me fall for the same tricks you have. And-"
Ilulu suddenly reaches over and throws a claw around Raz's shoulders! Is she going to hurt him?
...No, she pulls the short psychic in close, practically hugging him to her side.
"I'm taking Raz along as my Emotional Support Human."

Endless Domains? The hay this Coincidence is talking about?
NiGHTS was a bit curious about this babbling, while simultaneously hoping it wouldn't get boring. At least, until the little Visitor with pointy ears and blonde hair almost got herself into trouble. Then, the jester's instincts immediately turned towards the prankster route.
With a pretty creepy grin, NiGHTS would stretch her arms in a sneaky way while approaching and hoping to catch the little Visitor in her arms. Whether or not she was successful, once Tetra turned around...
"ROAR!"
NiGHTS giggled after literally saying the single word in the loudest tone they could. Hopefully, would distract the Visitor from getting herself into further trouble.

Hinata – The Woods
Seeing more possible targets, and her companions in the thick of it, Hinata elected to drop down behind the treeline, sneakily manoeuvring behind her allies and rejoining them as if she was always there. She looked with almost tearful pity at the baby, and once she was confident it was the real deal she looked to Damar for confirmation.
“I-Is it okay, Damar-san...?”
Razputin – The Swamp
“Uhhhhh—!” Raz initially squawked upon being pulled into a side hug by Ilulu, floundering for a moment before reluctantly falling limp. He knew from his mother and Milla that it was impossible to escape when a girl decided to hug you. “—yes. I will be your Emotional Support Human. Ahem. Do you think I'll get a badge for this...? I don't even know what it'd be...”
Deciding he was feeling suffocated by the hug, he used his TK to lightly pluck Ilulu into the air in order to free himself, sidestepped about a pace or so, and then set her down with an additional psychic headpat given to the dragon girl who was somehow a little shorter than him.
“How old are you, Ilulu?” he asked curiously, before catching himself. “Uh, not to be rude! I'm just curious! You can lie if you want, that's fine. I'm ten! Probably the youngest Junior Psychonaut to be promoted this week and be immediately sent on a mission gone wrong!”
Somehow the specificity of this didn't cause his enthusiasm to falter.

Ilulu puts a finger to her chin, as if she has to think about this answer.
"I guess...couple thousand, in humans years? Most species don't live that long, huh? That's why I called these two hatchlings!"
She jerks a thump over her shoulder at Jake and Spyro.
"They're 14, they're so tiny! But...maybe we shouldn't keep saying that, might freak humans out...okay! While we're in towns and stuff, say I'm...16! That's old enough to be an adult or something, right? I'm someone's cousin, it'll be easy - my human disguise looks almost exactly like everyone else here!

"Amy and I even have matching haircuts!"

Gandalf listened as they discussed how to find Shaggy's uncle's manor. When Caitlin revealed that her fiancé was the person on the wanted poster, and then followed as the party made its way towards the hidden midden.
When Damar realised that the creatures were changelings, he prepared to cast a spell. He sighed with relief when it seemed that no harm was done.
"Is everyone alright?" He asked the group.
"Change what now? Ugh!" Kled groaned in annoyance as he witnessed the whole scene, seemingly not bothered by the strange baby-routine that woman was doing.
"How will I be able to claim this property if the even the trees could be some tresspassers that want a part of my property, Skaarl! Honestly, it's like this Lord Major Admiral of the Second Legion's Forward Artillery-Cavalry Multiplication can't catch a break on this dang continent!"

"No, we don't speak of that time. It was...complicated." Kled crossed his arms as his glare turned towards the 'Sheriff', his good eye squinting towards his badge. Not a fan of sharing.
"Endless Domains? Jake raised a curious eyebrow at this. He's somehow got a feeling that sounds like a menacing place. Well, even more menacing than this whole dimension somehow. Still, he's kind of a master of dumb decisions after all, so that won't stop him from going there to help his friend!
"Huh?" He glanced towards the direction of the barn, as the farmer seemed to be not a fan of Tetra's curiosity. "Oh, don't worry about her. She's pretty wise for her age, after all. Maybe she-" And then Ni GHTS being bravely pranky, did their thing. He held back the desire of an amused smile as he has the feeling Tetra might not actually like this.
Jake had his arms crossed as Ilulu walked up towards them, eyebrow raised. And really, human? He's as much of a dragon as she is. Once she made her conditions clear, he would then nod slowly. "Fine by me. Who knows what you'll learn in due time! As Gramps would say," He would then try to do his closest imitation of his grandfather's voice, putting a finger on his chin and touching an imaginary beard while he was hunched over like an old man. "Holding vendettas is a weakness, an open mind can unlock many doors." He would then slowly facepalm and sigh. "...Man, somehow he found a way to infect me with his attitude, even away from home."
"Tiny? What?! Helloooooo, Pot meet Kettle?" He looked indignant towards that when Ilulu mentioned their age and size. Has she looked at them mirror lately? Even in his human form, he'd be taller than her. "No matter size, I'm still the Atlantean Dragon you know!" She then mentioned her human disguise would be completely foolproof. He would just stare at her for a while all while he was cringing. "Yeeeeeah. Completely foolproof. Surely nobody will suspect a thing." Her dragon teacher really shouldn't had neglected the disguise part.
Woods
Damar grimaced at the foul smell of the compost pile. But if that was bad, the sight of the woman beating the infant was so much worse. He readied his pistol, now set to stun to incapacitate her, and smiled slightly as Bardock's energy blast cut off her escape route.
Then he listened to what the woman was saying about the baby, and how she wanted 'hers' back, and froze. He had heard similar statements to that before, and every time, a Changeling was involved. Now he reached into his pocket, and pulled out the stone he'd bought in Potok. If the baby really was a Changeling, then the energies emitted by the stone would cause it to revert to its natural, liquid form.
He hoped against hope that his gut instinct was wrong.
