I mean, you got to admit, the fact that she pulls this stunt is bad enough, that she does it to the one sister that she encouraged in the first place and was making an effort to overcome her personality and get closer to the protagonist is what sealed her coffin.
If she had done this to Nino then you could at least claim Karma to an extent.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.That's basically what I decided when reading the manga, yeah. She's not showing off and raising her own standing in Futaro's eyes, she's sabotaging her siblings - including the quietest and gentlest of her sisters.
It's been fun.Well, at least now we know that Ichika doesn't win.
Yayz.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. Can't say I didn't feel that way.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Its ok, you just made the wrong choice picking the snake :V
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. What can I say, I like characters who seem like they would have an actual life and personality if they never met the MC.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Well, thank goodness for that in Ichika, because she made it very sure her life would continue without him
Damn, and I thought my reply was savage.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. Not with that pseudo harem ending she didn't.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I wouldn't call it that so much as an ending where Fuu chose and was explicitly tied to the one sister he likes, only for said sister to be so pathetically goddamn spineless that she invites the rest to get more chances at him against her new husband's consent.
The fact that near the ending the sisters pull off one last trick on him, with all of them wearing bride dresses and he still correctly guesses who is who means that none of them wanted to move on and that Fuutarou still had a link with each of them.
Don't get me wrong though, that pseudo harem ending was something that was truly out of the left field for me, but I guessed that it still worked thematically speaking.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.just finished The Sister's War: Part 1, that plot twist at the end is a twist worthy of Attack on Titan and Re:Zero
Bumbleby is best ship. busy spending time on r/RWBY and r/anime. Unapologetic Socialist.....Jesus Christ, did they just blast through Sister War in a single episode?
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. From the looks of it. At any case, this give more evidence that at best they're going for an original ending from the Manga, or at worst an open ending in order to promote the upcoming Visual Novel.
God I can only imagine the reaction if they go with the visual novel being the ending.
On one hand, everyone is happy, as they can pick whatever ending they like. People unsatisfied with the bride's identity in the manga could finally get the bride they desired.
On the other hand, as said on one of the What Could Have Been entries on the Trivia page, this would completely ruin any buildup the story had going for it. Instead of having one definitive winner, everyone would just be going home with participation ribbons. But the people affected the most would definitely be the Anime-only fans. They likely would feel like their time was wasted when they could have just read the manga instead of waiting two years for something that never even happened.

Any time you aren't running, I'm getting closer.Wait, how? Haven't they basically adapted all the manga by now?
It's been fun.Original ending after all?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Oh man, next season gonna be funny af....or maybe its a movie.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.It doesn't explicitly say "season 3", after all. It does say "continuation".
It's been fun.Its more than likely a movie; there's not much of the manga left to cover.
Just 34 chapters.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Literally half way through me writing that!!
At least we can breath easy knowing that the anime will get a proper conclusion.
Any time you aren't running, I'm getting closer.Next season is going to be hilarious speaking as a manga reader.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.God this season's pacing was so lopsided though.
First season covered 32 Chapters
Second Season covered 54

Oh trust me, this was the point when almost the entire fanbase turned against her in the manga. So much so that Negi got accused of Derailing Love Interests to get Ichika out of the running.
Because this was the point when it went from "Anyone can win" to "Anyone can win except Ichika"
