Anime characters who don't come up with their own original techniques

So, one day I was sitting around thinking about how Goku from Dragonball has nothing but stolen and cribbed techniques from other characters.

Every move he has, from the Kamehameha, to the Instant Transmission, to the Kaioken and Spirit bomb is something he learned from someone else.

Even stuff like Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan SUPER SAIYAN BLUE are things any member of his race is capable of under the right circumstances. As an episode of Dragon Ball Z Abridged pointed out, the guy doesn't have a single technique he came up with on his own...

And then I started thinking about other anime heroes, and in at least two cases, I realized Goku wasn't alone in that regard:

• Yusuke Urameshi also has no original techniques of his own. The Spirit Gun seemed to be the Kamehameha of it's universe: a basic Rei-ki technique that anyone can do (it's just making a damn finger gun!). Meanwhile, his later techniques like the Shotgun, and Spirit Light Bullet were all learned from Genkai. The few things he has that aren't from her come from his demon heritage and are just variations on what he usually does. In short, our boy ain't got much creativity for techniques.

• Naruto Uzamaki is another one. The Shadow Clone Jutsu is a technique other ninjas can do. It's just really dangerous unless you have his level of Chakra. The same goes for...well almost all of his techniques as many of them are basic jutsu that all Ninja learn. The Rasengan was invented by his father, and while Naruto does innovate based on that, most of that still uses his father's technique as a base (and even the Rasengan is based off the Bijuu's chakra blasts). It's flat out lampshaded that he stole then basic mechanics (including name) of the Naruto Rendan from Sasuke's Lion Rendan. Even Nature Chakra is something he learned from the Toads. He does have the Kyuubi's Chakra, but that 's something other Tailed Beast Containers can do as well.

So now I'm wondering how many other manga heroes just learn or steal stuff from other characters in series. And that's the purpose of this thread. To find all these move thieves and list them off.

If you guys know any other characters (preferably main characters, but anyone will do) who's moveset is made up entirely of other characters moves, feel free to list them here. I find it fascinating to see how common this is.
