Supress initial spaces on folder controls

There seems to be a fairly even split between people writing folder:Some Title and folder:<space>Some Title. Trouble is, that initial space is rendered, and is almost always not consistent across the whole page. Better idea would be to just ignore initial spaces on them.

Never noticed. As long as it's done consistent for a page, I wouldn't raise an eye brow.

It makes sense for the wiki to ignore leading or trailing spaces in folder markup, as they serve no formatting purpose. Put it on the Wishlist.
