He couldn't, didn't have enough Lu-lium. He does express interest and depending on the system Skelly could have both.

‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’The Lu-lium effect are permanent even if he got reset again. Also he didn't have enough Lu-lium for Lich since it a more advance class.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieI know he didn't have enough, that's why I find it interesting. He's given a possible upgrade that he can't get and then immediately takes something else instead. So why mention he can get it at all?
It seem like he absorbed a bunch of magic abilities with unlock the class but didn't meet the requirement. Could be that it hinted at future more advance class? Some games do that, once you unlock the basic classes it starting to show you the more advance classes, give you a new goal to work toward.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieWell, by upgrading to Skeleton Knight any shot at subtlety went out of the window. It definitely will be interesting to see how his reclassing affects his next reset.
If his body stays like this he can't wear his old armor but... is his new body passable as just armor?
Probably but from what we've seen so far, bone armors aren't a common sight. The closest thing was Giles weird half skeleton side.
Rubia would also probably freak out if a fully armored guy rises up instead of the lowly skeleton she expected.
She should instantly know it's him.
Doesn't absorbing Issac's Lu-lium mean he won't be able to use the bird as easily if Skelly goes though his route again?
I like him not waiting for the new class though. It's nice to see how he doesn't really try to min-max stuff as much as he could.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobIt's a nice, consistent flaw. I like those. He's so rash and never thinks about the big picture.
If is anything like what happened with Isaac's original stash of Li-lium, chances are he wouldn't be able to use the crow doll in the first place since there won't be any li-lium to use.
You think? She was pretty surprised when Skelly was able to dispatch her pursuers the first time he could avoid her first death.
She might not know how strong he is but I feel like at this point Rubia just couldn't mistake him for someone else.
With that last life I imagine she'll start getting more bleed though.
Pretty sure it started happening before he cleared the first questline.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobLook like Rubia is somewhere else now, presumably like how whatsername became one of the guild leaders. But it shouldn't be as a city lord yet so... Interesting.
Maybe she somehow connected with Giles? I'm basing that on nothing more than them both being Necromancers and the prominence of her in one of the Season 2 ending artwork.
Would be also interesting if the bleed though still works for Rena.
Although I feel like maybe its more complicated than that. Because then why wouldn't she go find Skelly? Unless she misunderstood the memories like Rena. Maybe she just connects the death and a skeleton?
The most interesting option I think would be if something Skelly did gave an advantage to one of the Empire factions though. Resulting in them capturing or controlling her earlier.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobWell this was one hell of a cliffhanger. I don't like the fact he lost the Necromancer Love perk since it implies his relationship with Rubia is either broken or completely different now.
Oh. I guess I called it, huh. He doesn't stay the knight but gets to keep the bonuses.
I finally catch up to the latest chapter. I'm probably going to regret it because this manhwa is just that kind of manhwa, but I'm going to ship Skelly with Isaac. Their interaction so far is much more interesting than the interaction between Skelly and other characters. Skelly has more chemistry with Isaac than any of the so many female characters.
I'm not as witty as I think I am. It's a scientifically-proven fact.Is back.
We got us a second looper and she goes back further than Skelly does. And maybe we're finally heading into the Skelly/Leandro team up?
At least nothing bad happened to Rubia yet.
‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’I didn't expect these developments. I'm glad though, the authors keep throwing curveballs at us.
This new development is definitely not what I'm expecting. It makes me wonder about the nature of that world. This new development with Rubia is much more drastic than the one with Rena before. Rena's new circumstance before is different, but still plausible. Rubia's new circumstance is borderline reality-warping. It's too bad, skelly's natural anti-inquisitive nature means that he will not even give it a damn.
I'm not as witty as I think I am. It's a scientifically-proven fact.It isn't more drastic. It might actually be less drastic because Rena's shift to being a guild master required serious alterations to her backstory that would have had to take years and drastically altered her life. Here we're like a month back in the past from the start of the story or whatever and Rubia was just less timid and more hands on.
More Leandro. Funny that I want to see him return so much because I don't particularly like him or anything.
Seem like Skeleton man figure out something about the Lu-lium. Seem like only the one that was use on him got alter. Basically since those Lu-lium stuck on his body, they got remove from the world entirely.

It should stay given that his stats always stay and the lore blurb about Lu Lium. But on the other hand, it's a bit odd that he was given the choice to become a lich and then didn't take it. I had actually been expecting him to Take a Third Option somehow since the given choices all seemed boring and straightforward. So maybe he'll realize that this was a bad pick, get set back to normal and have to take a new evolution path.
It's also possible his stats will go back, the bonuses go back and the Lu Lium stays gone but he returns to being the generic skeleton soldier, meaning once he gathers up enough slime he can evolve into something else and get to keep the bonuses.
I find the Isaac hype a bit amusing. I think Skelly is getting to the point where he might be able to take on the Marquis or at least not die instantly, but is also at the point where that's starting to lose meaning. And then the bar raises and we figure out that there's a tier that he can't even come close to even when that person kills himself for Skelly.
