Hopefully, she'll be good on her role.
Wake me up at your own risk.Joel McHale has been cast as the original Starman.
So, not in the Arrowverse. Though I guess that was a given, since it's on the streaming service and not on a network.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I'm interested in seeing their version of the JSA, though. The version we got in Legends of Tomorrow was interesting, but we didn't see much of them — they were there and gone. (Aside from Vixen, that is.)
If we get a proper, not-instantly-murdered-because-of-the-plot JSA, I really hope we get Johnny Sorrow.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I'm hoping we get a proper Golden Age Sandman, with his gas mask and gas gun. (I still think that Sandman Mystery Theatre would be a great comic to adapt into a show.)

Stargirl looks great, but I want to see more of S.T.R.I.P.E..
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.I wonder how they will handle the secret identities? That is, that domino mask does not fool anyone.
They can probably put together some explanation or another if they have to.

Wake me up at your own risk.Oh, hey, James Robinson is one of the Stargirl writers! Nice! He and Geoff Johns are probably the people most responsible for the resurrection of the JSA in the late '90s/early 2000s.
I kind of hope he includes his own Starman in the show or we get a Starman show based on his run, because his run was awesome.
Given his recent output, I wouldn't be too optimistic about Robinson writing for the show.
I mean, the last thing I read of his was his Scarlet Witch run and that was pretty good.
Well I read his Wonder Woman run which was very much the opposite.

I mean, I don't think it will? Because the average CW viewer isn't going to have DC Universe. Welp, that was a fast ninja.
Stargirl will actually debut during CW's Crisis.

Brec Bassinger has been cast as the lead.
