Why the often forgotten Lady Columbia should make a comeback in this day and age?

I know that Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty have been common American personifications. However, I do think it would be interesting if Uncle Sam's big sister made a comeback.I say this because Lady Columbia used to represent the spirit of the American people, while Uncle Sam was more for the American government. I think a good reason why she should return is because since the topic of immigration is being looked at again, in older depictions of her she usually was used to speak on behalf of the marginalized.
