Amusement Mile Sewers

While the goons were placing the bombs around, it looks like they did so hastily; appearing as if they wouldn't want to stay in the same spot for too long.

While many of them doesn't bear his mark, there was quite a few that do bear the mark and were doing the same thing as the others; placing chemical bombs around in strategic places.

Some appears to be wearing, or at least carrying, a gas mask. Upon noticing the Decepticon and looking left and right to see if the coast's clear, the JokeStar goon approaches him.

"'Ey boss, glad to see ya doing okay! You here about 'em Outsiders finally crashing in on our turf?"

Amusement Mile - Pandemonium Carnival

The sight of a distinctive flying car did not go unnoticed by the impromptu snipers located on the rooftop. Looking at the odd contraption as it bypassed the defenses, he quickly signaled for his other allies with his comms.

"Charlie 3 here, get some RPGs and choppers here pronto! We have a flyer south-west from my position!"

"No need to ask twice, we saw it too!"

Bowsette(and whoever else may have been riding the same vehicle) would find that the Joker Base is very hard to miss; what with all its light shining and being the only active Carnival from the island. Not to mention that the entrance to the Funhouse itself is shaped in the Joker's own image(complete with a lit neon sign that says 'I AM HERE!' at the entrance).

There's also space for a helipad on top and behind the head-shaped entrance, complete with his own mini-copter too. There, three goons were present, with one carrying an RPG, and started firing at the flying clown car as soon as they saw it; two with good ol' rifle fire and another with a guided rocket.

Sonia (Soviet Mine) - A Divine Comedy (But I'm Not Laughing)

While the rest of the rescued animals were thanking the team that had freed them, and she had received a few thanks of her own, Sonia had retreated to a now secluded corner of the mines, thankfully quiet now that they had driven off or otherwise dispatched of the captors. Having not given a whole lot of thought to the object she now held in her hands beforehand, now was different. While the group as a whole had managed to get through this mission with little issue, for Sonia herself, it was an eye opener as to how limited she was being a solo fighter when the task at hand was something besides 'kill the enemy'. This needed to change.

"Let us hope these are more than cheap parlor tricks..." Hoping that no one else would intrude on her until she was finished, Sonia spoke aloud, albeit quietly to herself, assuming that spoken word would make her request more potent. "Tablet, hear my desire. Grant me a servant, sound in mind and body, able to stand alongside me in battle and peace." Before she could continue her makeshift prayer, the tablet broke in her hands...and while Sonia was a bit annoyed it didn't even have the decency to let her finish, her attention was immediately drawn to a glowing circle that had most definitely NOT been there previously. Assuming that this was in response to her request, Sonia kept her gaze fixed upon it.

Given the nature of her request, it was only fair that Sonia would assume she attain the service of some kind of noble beast, or perhaps a warrior spirit...and therefore it stood to reason that when Sonia realized what she got was a simple maid, her expression was one of pure 'What'. Once the vampire huntress managed to recover, she spoke with a noticeable edge in her voice. "Is this some kind of joke?" Glaring at the tablet in her hands as if it was to blame, Sonia missed the look of shock on the maid's face, which was soon replaced with one of purest loathing in its blood red eyes...

"Of course, it is ultimately your decision if you wish to come with us to Akihabara, but it would be the best option for you all right now, given your current situation," Maria added in touting the virtues of returning with them. "Home is what everyone makes of it, and we've made Akihabara into a decent enough home for everyone involved given the situation."

Catwoman & Juri, Sneaking Mission, Amusement Mile

Whoever decided to sneak in instead of following Bowsette in busting down the front door would find that she planned a path inside by climbing underneath the bridge to Amusement Mile. She also recommended that they all get gas masks as well given Joker's propensity to use gas to incapacitate his enemies. They wouldn't help with acid though so they all had to avoid them. Having glanced at the forces on the bridge, it was clear that Joker was ready for them.

"We should time it so that when Bowsette and the others start charging in, we sneak in, understand?"

"Yeah..." Juri nodded to Catwoman. While she preferred more frontal attacks, it's not like she wasn't skilled at sneaking and stealing herself.

Once everyone agreed and Bowsette and the others made a big ruckus, Catwoman would lead the others to climb underneath the bridge to Amusement Mile stealthily.

Soviet Mine

"Come... to... Akibahara...." The Hamster read each word the Vessel wrote down carefully. "Hmm yes. Indeed! I for one will very much like to leave this terrible place behind."

"These caves are pretty solid, and the snow outside isn't too bad," a gray-colored bear crossed his arms. "I think I can just stay until I rebuild my house."

"A farm?" A Pelican in a tattered green uniform coat asked Cynthia. "I take it you might have need of someone who can deliver things then, yes? I can deliver whatever berries or beans you need anywhere you want, anywhere for Pete's sake!"

"We don't have a home," the zebra woman told Maria. "They destroyed all our homes, and everything is so cold here. Your place has to be better than... than this. Although.... Is there at least grass?"

"I don't know, they just wanted us to dig. And every time we found an empty section, they got very angry and made us dig even harder somewhere else until we find what they look for," the Gorilla explained to P'Li.

"Kitezh," a voice said in an English accent, getting closer to the group. "They're looking for Kitezh."

A woman with black hair, a warm heavy coat, a handgun at either hip, and a shotgun and rifle strapped to her back rounded a corner, coming to a stop not far from the cave wall and resting a hand on it.

"The Lost City of Kitezh," she continued. "The Order of the Trinity is obsessed with finding it; they believe a legend that claims it is a source of great magical power, and will stop at nothing to take it for themselves. They killed my father, killed my friends, tried to kill me, and apparently, tried to kill you."

She gestured with her palm at the various corpses around the area.

"And while you've managed to defeat their soldiers, here, now, make no mistake, they will not stop. At least, not until every last one of them is dead."

Kisara & Terra - Amusement Mile - Pandemonium Carnival

I peeked out of the Koopa Klown Car's cockpit and found that Joker's goons were attacking our carriage. These annoying gnats need to know their place. Thus, I charged up a powerful light ball spell and sent it right at them. Luckily, the blonde teenage spellcaster helped me by sending a huge rock right at their faces.

Amusement Mile, Sneaky Snake Mission: It's About Time

Alan Wake took one last glance at his pocket watch before stowing it and his jacket in the back of the van. He didn't expect his suit to survive this little joyride, but he could at least save part of his wardrobe from getting riddled with bullet holes. Hopefully one of his less-than-honorable associates wouldn't decide to take the expensive accessory for themselves.

Looking at you, Pussycat.

He was grateful no one else in the campaign staff decided to loop Travers into this. Apart from the obvious life-threatening risks, having the candidate involved in the attack would cost them publicity. Cody Travers was built like a tank; he didn't need to prove to anyone that he was tough, so there was no point in pushing him to take justice into his own hands. It'd look like Travers wanted to win the election through prison rules—the kind of knuckle-dragging King of the Hill mentality that Wake feared his candidate liked. It was an obvious trap, and Cody's political opponents would use the blood on his hands to chew him up and spit him out.

That said, nobody was electing Alan Wake to anything; or Catwoman, or Velvet Crowe, or the Clock King, or Juri Han, or anyone else in this little infiltration party. They didn't need to answer to the people of Gotham, so to hell with it: the clown needs to die.

Wake was adjusting the straps to his gas mask when Catwoman proposed the ideal time to strike.

"Think the Clown and the Madame killing each other's too much to hope for?" The Campaign Adviser chuckled to himself. He didn't expect an answer, but if he got one he'd nod and begrudgingly accept that yes, it was.

The boom and pops of heavy firepower cued the infiltration to begin. Wake waited for Catwoman to gain a strong head start before he even began putting on his gas mask. By the time she and most of the others had crossed to the other side, Wake suddenly burst into an inky black fog and silently flew over to their location. The eerie cloud of smoke reformed into Wake's image once it reached solid ground again, and the novelist shot their feline-loving leader a supportive thumbs up.

-A lost city? that might of some interest, but is secondary. The first thing to do is ensure the safety of the villagers, some of which want to leave and join the city, while others want to stay. Regardless, the presence of slavers is worrying, and more must be learned about their numbers and their strengths before a full-scale assault can be launched to destroy them utterly.-

If they come back, we'll need to be ready for them... We should strike now, before they can investigate their losses.

Yue - Adventurer's guild

"We're still in something of a wild-west situation here, Mr Daud." Yue told the man in red, a faint rueful frown crossing her face. It did make being a detective somewhat difficult when there was no law to hand your suspects over to. Even in her week-long workaholic fugue, she had heard talk about the faction leadership trying to get organized again - perhaps there was hope yet.

She wasn't going to hold her breath.

Turning her attention back to Siluca, she found no reason to improve her mood. "Ah, my witness didn't specify..." She admitted, mentally kicking herself for not picking up on that.

As more volunteers were showing up to help lighten the load, Yue folded her hands behind her back as she paced a few steps, thinking. Taking witness statements would be the most time-consuming of their tasks, and it would require a degree of tact and sensitivity that she somehow doubted 8-foot battlesuits came equipped with. What they really needed was more manpower.

"Siluca, if I gave you a list of questions, could you send some of your men to speak to the families of the victims? People you trust to be sensitive and thorough and, well, not murderers." She added with a wry little smile. "Mr Daud, you said you had contacts as well? Perhaps they could do the same, in areas where Siluca's agents may not be welcome. For myself, I would like to look into our 'glasses' lead, as flimsy as it is."

Adventurer's Guild - Daud

So beyond regional laws or common sense, there's really no central dedicated laws governing around these parts. Huh. He would've figured the council of this city's factions would make that their priority once they got their bearings, but he guessed wrong.

Then again, as someone who skirts and breaks the law for most of his lifetime, what does he know?

On Yue's offer, Daud gave a curt nod. "That can be easily arranged. Just give me the list and I'll have it brought up to them. 'Course, some may wish to remain anonymous still, so I hope you understand should I be unable to list my source,"

He looked back at the eccentrics and newcomers here. More can be said about the bloodied girl or the heavily armored machine, but no, it was Aun'Shi that got his interest. At a glance, he could tell that the blue-skinned humanoid is a public speaker and have a certain regal presence that the nobility and those of high-class tend to have, but without the pompousness. Another potential leader for Akihabara, eh?

In regards to Yue asking the Administrator for help, he had this to add. "Not to say that I don't trust both the Entertainment District's and Log Horizon District's assistance to be enough, but it might be wise to inform the other major powers about this as well. Or even get their help, but that might be asking too much." Discovering himself back at the Adventurer's Guild, which is conveniently enough one of the few places that most patron and folks from different nations converge together, it didn't take him long to put two and two together.

"Would the proprietress of this joint be willing to cooperate?"

Sonia (Soviet Mine) - Guarding the Flock

As Sonia walked back towards the rest of the group, ignoring her new summon even if she was well aware by now of the...unsettling glare she was giving her, she overheard the topic of the rescued going back to Akihabara. Stepping forward, Sonia addressed P'li as she had broached the subject.

"From what I have seen, you all are more than capable of taking care of yourselves, so I would be willing to escort the rescued back home." Looking at the rescued in question, Sonia only prayed that she plus her 'help' would be enough to defend them if they really were the only ones going back.

-Already a volunteer approaches to take the refugees to their new home. P'li looks at her and the animals before nodding.-

Thank you for your help. Waste no time in bringing them to the city.

-Then she addresses the more bellicose freebeasts.-

Those of you who are staying... are you willing to aid us in neutralizing the threat to your homes? We can better guarantee your safety if you come with us, and can do more damage to your slavers.

Bandit Town

The mustachioed Luma pointed, off into the distance. And indeed, just on the horizon, looking akin to a distant radio tower, he saw it; the Tallneck. Presumably Rosalina's base of operations. Rico still wasn't too sure exactly what he wanted to do with his new find just yet; for now, though, the offer of maintenance and repair was too tempting to pass up. Especially given he still wasn't too sure he got how to operate this thing yet.

"I will definitely keep that in mind," Rico thanked. "Maybe I can reprogram this thing's navigation system if I stare at the manual hard enough. Thank you for showing me the way."

Rosalina seemed not to be too concerned about the Luma powering the Glasgow; she figured he would like the adventure inside a giant metal body. And Sakuradite was a somewhat volatile power source. On second thought, Rico was surprised that the other Glasgow he'd been fighting hadn't just straight up exploded.

"Well, if he is comfortable riding in this machine, I will be sure to try and use it as often as I can get away with so he does not stew away inside in boredom, which - take my word for it - he absolutely will not if I am at the controls." He made a show of the Glasgow looking out over the town as Rosalina noted that there'd still need to be some effort on making sure the town was secure. "Well. I will see if I cannot make a pit stop here, but I have pledged myself to assist someone else back in Akihabara. If the invaders truly have been driven off, well... I trust you to be able to help these people decide what they want to do with themselves. That is the important thing; that we have thrown the yoke off of them, and that they are free to determine their own destiny."

Siluca - Adventurer’s Guild

One footsoldier? The way Shigure described the engine didn’t sound anything like the machines the mage had seen in that slide. Furthermore, those things seemed to be carrying heavy guns instead of swords. When the swordsman clarified things to O’Kais, the engine somehow reminded Siluca of Gespenst. Still, it seemed as though Bandit Town was less heavily garrisoned than expected. Who knew how big this Britannia was overall?

It was somewhat surprising to hear that the woman Yue talked to didn’t seem to mention what gender ‘Glasses’ was, though hopefully that question could be answered shortly enough.

When asked to have her people speak to the victims’ families, Siluca replied, “I’ll certainly do that.”

Hearing Yue ask Daud to help with the questioning did give Siluca some relief, as it would mean she would not have to go near the Sakura Empire’s territory.

Siluca simply gave a slow nod at Daud’s suggestion to inform the other major powers, having suggested something similar not too long ago.

“I don’t know where Naga or Juri are at this moment,” Siluca said to Daud’s final question, before then glancing over to Wendy’s restaurant, “though I believe we might be better off asking Wendolyn. Juri Han, we could also ask, though I’m not sure how much help Naga will be.”

Enterprise - Soviet Mine Tunnels

"I'll come along to help bring anyone that wishes to go to Akihabara back to the city. I can use my planes to keep an eye on things from the air....and being in here feels to cramped for my style."

Enterprise approached P'li and Sonia and nodded.

"At this point I'm willing to bow out of this expedition if it means getting civilians somewhere safe rather than risking them being put in more danger."

Char - Majima's residence

"That's good. I was going to be putting most of my funding into this, and hopefully help make more of the city habitable."

Char looked around briefly, mostly just surprised that he had never noticed something like this having been built in the city. He was gradually realizing just how little he had actually paid attention to Akihabara itself on the ground level.

"I didn't know you organized a fight club though, though I wonder if anyone in this city is aware of activities occuring outside their territory at this point."

Majima-Purgatory

"Ehhhh....you're half right." Majima said as he lifted his hand and wobbled it back and forth. "We do fights here, naturally, and they're real fights.....but they ain't open to the general public, at least not for particpation. Most of the people who fight here are my own boys, trained professionals and shit."

"They fight half for training and experence for if real shit goes down and I need them to crack heads, and half to entertain. See, on a usual day, each of these people would be in costumes, running themes and shit, with nicknames to match. I got one guy who dresses as a clown, another is a bruce lee rip off, one sumo guy just has a bigass diaper on. But the fights are very real, and while my boys know the risks and signed the paperwork, it wouldn't be a good look if a civie got hurt fighting in the arena, forms or not."

He shrugs. "Course, that don't mean I'm not unwilling to sometimes have "Guest" fighters in the arena, gotta shake it up sometimes. Your, what did you call them? Irregulars? Something along those lines? Them people you wanna headhunt for your thing would, for the most part, be welcome if they wanted, although some would face restrictions. That one chick with the rocket launcher can't be blowing up my people, you know?"

Someone with a yellow "Majima Construction" helmet suddenly hands Majima a clipboard. He takes it, puts a quick signature on it after a glance, then hands it back. "As for the wider political situation....I'm taking a stance of neutality on that shit. We don't got any beef with anyone. Some factions have been more open to working with Majima Construction then others, but people from every faction come to our little block when they need to unwind. And sure, people like, say, Silca like to play close to the chest, but, well...."

He shrugs. "Beer has a way of loosening lips. Not that I've gotten anything even close to like, state secrets or secret projects or shit, but you hear enough people bitch about shit that pisses them off at the bar, you can put 2 and 2 together and learn a few things, you know? But overall, we maintain neutality. War ain't good for business, and between Gotham, this "Nightmare" freak, and whatever the fuck's going on with the sky, well, frankly, we got better people to kick the shit out of then each other."

He points at Char with the pen he's still holding. "Which brings us back to you. I'm told you're not gonna be running this shit, and that you're stepping down from the job of gatekeeper. You looking for work? I'm always hiring talented people. I can offer a generous starting package, just state your terms."

Bowsette, Pandemonium Carnival

Bowsette's search was over quickly, as she spotted the brightly lit and even labelled main hideout of the Joker. As much as she was ready to pound the clown into dust for messing with her, she had to grudgingly respect his presentation and blatant advertising of where he was. She'd been expecting something more weak and cowardly.

Her thoughts were cut off by the arrival of gunfire from the figures standing on top of the clown-themed building; Bullets pinging off the metal bowl of her vehicle and whizzing past her. One even slamming into her shoulder and bouncing away. The far more immediate threat was the rocket heading their way, the horned woman have spent enough time around shooter characters to know what that was and just what it did.

The strange flying, clown-faced vehicle suddenly strafed to the side in a way that most flying vehicles couldn't, putting enough distance between it and the rocket to be safe. Grunting, she reached into her shell and slapped the metal cap onto her cameraman's head. Ignoring his startled yelp as he suddenly turned metal. Instead she grinned down and flipped a few switches in the koopa clown car, which opened the mouth as a cannon protruded from within. With a bellowing laugh of 'BWAHAHAHA' she launched a cannonball right into the clown face's nose before she swept the clown car down towards the three men; Charging right at them.

Pandemonium Carnival - Rooftop Access

'Of course it couldn't be that easy,' was the collective goons' thought at the sudden swerve of the Koopa Clown Car, the missile completely missing its target. Worse still is how the flying machine is now flying straight at them, all the while ruining the visage of the Joker Entrance as a hole is now formed at the place where its nose was at.

Between Kisara's light attack, Terra's rock throw in addition to being charged head-on by the Koopa Car, it's safe to say that the three goons on the helipad are now out of commission; the group having now gained access to the Joker Lair via rooftop entrance.

Out at the distance, the distant sight and sound of a couple of whirring helicopters could be heard, though it'll be some time before they could arrive where Bowsette and rest are at. Time enough for them to either get ready for it or head in immediately towards the lair and let the others still-arriving take care of this nuisance.

Also, a few of the stationed rooftop snipers had begun taking potshots at them, though given the distance and the fact the goons are no better than slightly-trained grunts being given a sniper rifle with laser sight, all seemed to serve no purpose other than to intimidate, buy some time and maybe score a lucky shot or two.

Amusement Mile - Beyond the Bridge

The stealth group would find themselves being able to sneak past easily enough, with the blockade group up on the bridge remaining none the wiser.

Once beyond the bridge, they could see some goons and even a Titan or two, though they seemed to be more moving towards somewhere rather than patrolling around the place. It looks like whatever is happening back at the homebase is enough to get the goon's rallied, resulting in lesser patrols.

From here, the group has several options how to proceed. They could proceed sneakily as they are on-ground, relying on the dim-lighting, dark passages and alleyways to avoid detection while following wherever the goons seems to be heading(and taking out the few that got separated from the pack). Or do the same but on a higher vantage-point, where they would definitely notice a garishly-decorated and still-active carnival from afar(and some stationed goons with rifles either observing the ground or shooting at something in said carnival's direction).

... Or just make a new path altogether or head in, guns-ablazing, with nary a care.

Wulfrik Bandit Camp

"What a shame this is. I came here wishing to do good business and all I received are words full of vitriol. How utterly disappointing this is." Theatrically shrugging his shoulders with the sort of languid movements, rippling musculature, and overly expressive face that wouldn't be all that off from a Jojo's character, the bald Drow tsk'ed even as he did a hand sign language that caused his underlings to ready their weapons in one smooth motion as though they were all a single entity even as purple fire bloomed in a ring that surrounded the group to cause shadows to lengthen and dance with macabre elongations.

"But no, if there is no business to be had then there is no need to talk. You see, the Bregan D'aerthe is a mercantile group. We do things based on whether or not there is to be a profit to be made. And right now... you my friend carry about the smell of the destitute with you. Unless you have something valuable on hand, I don't believe there is any further need to converse. Time is money and I've wasted enough at this point listening to your blathering.~" A most winning smile was flashed even as the atmosphere got as tense as dozens of drawn crossbows.

Drow Invasion Point

"Of course I wouldn't mind helping out Camoa! They have been menaced by the iron fist of the Matriarchy just as much as mine own people and I shall not have that!" Boisterous and as full of ham and cheese a whole New York deli, the rather ridiculous ponce took out a wand before waving it about at the stone floor, causing a very vivid map of various routes that led up from the Underdark to the surface to embed itself into the very bedrock itself as a three dimensional map.

"From the top of my head the lesser invasion points are.... here, here, and there now that the main area has been sealed off. Definitely long, narrow, and winding so any invaders popping out will have to do so in smaller groups so as long as you reinforce the areas there you should be able to pick them off. As for the loot... well, I do believe if you're lucky and off the more important people like the clerics and such, you might get your hands on magical artifacts? Just make sure that they aren't bonded to demons or such, curses are always such a pain. Like that ruby heart right there is demonic so you might wanna be careful in handling it." Pointing at the thing that Mokou picked up, a winning smile was given.

Arkham Island -> Towards Joker Area

"Heh, I see. So that's what caught your eye then." Even as the ever present smirk continued to plaster itself on Lio's riding suit, the inner occupant let out a rather troubled frown at the fact they were mistaking him to be one of their ilk, a person who would stomp out the inherent freedoms and rights of the common man. Definitely the opposite of everything he was, though it would be rather fun to string them along while being beholden to their plans for a new world order so as to sabotage it whenever it looks like they'd succeed. So a role was to be played then.

"It's no problem at all, I was just cleaning up the rabble." Deciding to play along and give out statements that could easily be misconstrued into whatever it was they thought he was, Lio then bent down to grasp a relatively less burnt clown mask and leather jacket. "In any case, it seems that there's a swan song being played by the source of these crazies so I suppose I'll go and clean up the rest of the mess while the iron is still hot. It'll definitely cut back on the resultant insanity around these parts if the endeavor is successful too."

Snapping on the clown mask and throwing over the neon green and purple jacket, the rather disparately dressed dark figure then revved up his motorcycle and rode off towards the event in question while seeing how far he could get without getting stopped by the true juggalos in the area while rocketing forward at highway speeds on his roadhog.

Soviet Tunnel

"We definitely do need to do both... get the villagers to a safe place and take care of whatever is nestled here before they can achieve their objectives and spread to the rest of the land." Frowning as she looked at the sapient bipedal animals, Cynthia let a Pokeball pop open to reveal Garchomp. "I don't suppose you know where would be a good point to cause a cave in to put a proper stop in the operation?" It seems the Champion was about done playing around at this point.

Bandit Town Roof

"You're definitely a strange one, Mr. Gespenst... but I can't thank you enough for jumping into the maw of hell for my own selfish desires. If it helps, I'll be coming along for the ride all the way down as well as long as my sister can get out." Grabbing the proffered hand and squeezing down hard on the honestly much more solid metal, Delfina could only let out a slightly unhinged smirk at the new designation. "A phantom huh... I can get behind that. Almost ironic how old hat it is too..."

Chun-Li, Akihabara Portal to Adventurer's Guild

After having helped trained the people in Nightingale's hospital in Gotham to act like police officers, Chun-Li returned to Gotham from Akihabara, and having no real idea what she should be doing right now, she headed into the Adventure's Guild. That seems to be where everyone decided to hang out, much to the Interpol Agent's annoyance.

Chun-Li heard Juri's name get mentioned and rolled her eyes before speaking up, "Perhaps I can help here?"

Anything to make sure that Juri didn't have more power.

Catwoman & Juri, Amusement Mile: Going High

"We'll take a higher route and get a better view of the area," Catwoman told the others as she pulled out her whip and latched onto one of the gargoyles to swing up to get a higher vantage point. Best to have the most comprehensive view of their target no matter if you are thieving or trying to imitate Batman. Catwoman crouched on the gargoyle waiting for the others to get up while she freed her whip from it.

Juri hopped up to the roof using her skill in martial arts to do so, and then waited for the others to show up.

Once everyone was on the roof, Catwoman pointed to the carnival, "That will likely be where the Joker is."

"We'll try to sneak in without being seen," Catwoman explained her plan to the others. "If we are seen by a goon, we have to knock out him and... feed them to Velvet."

Catwoman glanced over at Velvet. It was lucky that someone who seems willing to eat people whole had decided to join them, even if she was not completely comfortable with it.

"Everyone have that?" Catwoman asked the rest of them before starting the mission proper. Any goons that saw them or needed to disappear quickly would be handled by Velvet. Hopefully, she can eat quietly.

Maria, Soviet Tunnel

"Hmm..." Maria seemed to approach the woman who had just appeared, looking over her as if scrutinizing her. "I find legends have an awful way of turning out to be rooted in fact."

"We need to deal with this situation with the Order of the Trinity, but we also need to get these... people to relative safety," Maria frowned as if she was annoyed at splitting up the group, but there seemed to be no other option, but looked over at Sonia to nod at her suggestion.

Char - Majima's Residence

The Zaku paused for a moment, thinking of whether to accept Majima's offer. He had no real other plans beyond taking up the life of a wanderer after this to explore the new world and to gauge it's worth. To be offered a job by someone who had dismissed him as foolish on his first day in Akihabara was...unusual to say the least.

"Alright, I could use an employer. And my terms are simple, I always stay red, no new paint scheme."

He picked up the pen and signed the contract. At the very least it'd offer some political protection as well, no one would piss off the only construction company in the city...well at least Char hoped no one would.

Gespenst - Bandit HQ Roof -> on the way to Akihabara

"Good, let us depart then. Before we jump into hell we should head back to Akihabara, we might be able to secure additional allies and at the very least I can get my brother and sister on board with this operation. Akihabara itself is already planning to fight Britannia at this point, and we can probably use the cover to rescue your sister."

Ges proceeded to pick up Delfina and carry her in both arms.

"You will want to hang on, we're gonna take the express way down so we can avoid dealing with the others."

The black robot walked to the far edge of the roof, then started running before igniting his boosters and jumping once he was at the very edge of the roof to put get out of the area, using his boosters to both get as high as possible and cover more ground, but also to slow his descent so that his passenger wouldn't feel like throwing up. Depending on if Delfina gets motion sickness, she'd either enjoy getting to soar through the air or probably end up puking all over her new mechanical friend. Either way, Ges and her would be on the way to Akihabara.

Wulfrik, Bandit Camp

-Wulfrik sighs. Another clod unworthy of his blade, then. While attacking now would at least have the benefit of removing the weak and unfit from his own ranks, he is yet unable to replenish them fast enough to risk it. And the elf seems very sure of himself, even accounting for his race's excessive natural arrogance.-

Looking for coin, are you? I may have something for you.

Who do you serve when not paid, elf? Are you and your band of backstabbers the only remnant of your kind in this wretched world, or do you have something resembling a real army nearby?

P'Li, Tunnel

-One of the Akibaharans is preparing to block the tunnel to prevent pursuit. A good idea, the Tau'va will only need to return with a few earthbenders to discover what it is these sov-yets covet so.-

Mokou, Drow Battle

-Mokou looks up.-

Demonic? I thought it seemed alive.

-Memories of Gensokyo's own demons return to her.-

Can we seal it away or destroy it before it starts acting on its own?

Toriel (Adventurer's Guild) - Standing at Attention

While she should be well used to standing by and awaiting her next task, Toriel could not help but feel just a bit fidgety as her charge coordinated and spoke with the others leading the investigations. Wondering for a moment if she should have been sent with the group sent to talk with the victim's families, as they needed compassion and patience, Toriel then banished these doubts with a thought; she was needed where there was liable to be danger. Whoever this 'glasses' lead was, Toriel didn't know, but she had already made her offer to protect Yue, and she was not about to deviate from that.

Sonia (Soviet Mine) - Seek the Sun

"If there are no objections, we should move. Lingering only puts us at risk." Anxious to get moving, Sonia began to retrace her steps so they could find the exit to this mine; while not claustrophobic and certainly not afraid of the dark, Sonia felt that she had gone too long without sunlight at this juncture, as did the former captives, she was certain.

Adventurer's Guild, Pink Diamond

Having little else to do at the moment, Pink made her way back to the Guild. She noticed several people gathered around, talking about the latest problem that needed solving.

"Perhaps I can be of assistance?"

Temple Fugate - (Amusement Mile - Stealth Group)

After catching up with Catwoman and listening to the briefing, Temple turns pale in fright, as he would rather not experience that disgusting sight again. Cannibals are so disturbing. The ability to decide upon eating a fellow man without batting an eye at their plight is so nauseating to the poor crime lord turned henchman.

He just nods in response to Catwoman. “Understood. I'll try my best here. We should be at the Joker around 15-20 minutes.”

Kisara and Terra (Amusement Mile - Assault Group)

I got out of the Koopa Kar, and changed into my half-dragon form. Luckily, I shielded myself with my wings before yelling a stream of lightning at a nearby sniper. Let's see if his metallic darts can withstand the might of a Blue-Eyes White Dragon!

The earth spellcaster stomped the ground, causing debris to be kicked up, briefly protecting her against the bullets. She quickly sends it at another sniper.
