It really depends on the person. I am rather banged up from my time in service so some of the high impact or high strain exercises are out. But things like Isometrics and lighter calisthenics work just fine as long as I don't push my luck.

There will be a time when we lose our recuperative powers of youth and start becoming losing our muscle. Despite this however what is a good way to stay in shape until the time comes when you can no longer do the exercises you use to do? I am far from old myself but what is a good way to stay in shape while you are 40+ or something?
